Aubrey was currently unaware of this but the man in question was now in a terrible state of panic. Rhyland had indeed promised to help rescue the abducted Emery but at the moment he had no idea how to do so. In the first place, where the heck is he? Rhyland didn't know where this facility could be located and he also didn't know  who to reach out to to find out. His only contact in the council had betrayed him and caused this whole mess. He also knew that though he had been accepted back into the clan, and ultimately into the lower council, many people still viewed him with distrust.
