"Since Aubrey…" Rhyland answered succinctly.

"Jeeez Louise! It's been over a year!" Natasha cried out and Rhyland winced at the loud, grating sound. She couldn't imagine not having a companion to pass her Heat. Even when she was completely in love with Rhyland, she had companions for that time of the month. Speaking of companions, she certainly made a good choice this time around with Dimitri.

Natasha initially thought that she would be doing the man a favor by taking him in as a companion considering he's "disabled."
