Ch 30: Gods vs Devils (part 2)
At the start of the battle, both sides came out of their stronghold and went toward each other with full speed. But suddenly the bone sword king disappeared. It created quite a lot of mayhem in the devil's camp as one of the strongest combatant from their side suddenly vanished but they had no time to look into the matter deeply as the gods reached them.
The first one to engage was the Slaughter Asura and The Thunder Goddess. Next other gods and devils also faced of against one another. Only Goddess of Cheerful Nature, Alreuni stayed at the back to act as a support and healer. She was able to do that because Elena had taken one of the general out reducing their numbers to 11 so she was able to act freely.

The Solar God, Sol and the Mad Bullhorse engaged with one another using a spear. Sol was using his Sunflare Flames and incredible spear handling to push away the Mad Bullhorse but he was not someone to be underestimated. Madbull twisted his body inside when he was pushed back and used the same momentum to attack Sol from a tricky angle. When Sol snorted and easily blocked the attack he was suddenly kicked away. Madbull had used the little time Sol used to block this attack to used his special power to accelerate himself and kicked him.
Even tho Sol was able to jump backward at the last moment reducing the damage somewhat, he was still hurt. But he could use his Sunflare Flames to even heal himself so he did just that. But he was unable to completely get rid of all the damage but suddenly a bright green light fell in him healing his injuries. This was obviously the handiwork of Alreuni.
Mad Bullhorse didn't stop with only that attack. He used his speed advantage to relentlessly attack the Sun God. To get out of this disadvantageous situation he used two special moves ,{Sun Domain} and {Scorching Fury} to push Madbull away and then thrown out several hundred {Fallen Sun} to keep him at distance.
Sol understood that he was at a disadvantage in close quarters combat as his opponent was very well suited for that. So he tried it use long range attacks to exploit this Madbull's weakness. But the Mad Bullhorse took out a longbow suddenly and started shooting arrows toward Sol. Those arrows were enchanted to deal more damage and can also penetrate most defences easily.
Sol hurriedly put up some flame barriers but most of the arrows were able to penetrate them so he changed his technique, {Solar Storm}. This was an area of effect attack which called forth a whirl of Sunflare Flames. This is mostly an attack method but this time Sol used it as a defence mechanism. This approach was successful and he was able to destroy most of the arrows but still 2 were able to hit him. But those arrow wounds were not something Alreuni couldn't heal so Sol didn't get badly injured.
This same type of exchange repeated for a few time and Sol had been hurt by the arrows for 5 more time but everytime he was healed by the Goddess of Cheerful Nature.
But he suddenly felt a bit weak and that weakness strated growing as Sol exchanged blows after blows with Mad Bullhorse. Seeing Sol's constant weakening Mad Bullhorse laughed out loud -
"Hahaha, I got you Sun God. You relied too much on that twerp's healing. Even tho the wounds created by my arrows were healed the special ability of my arrow
Sol greeted his teeth and muttered -
"Vile Devils. Hmph! Activate {Radiance of Rising Sun}."
After using this move Sols body started shining brightly and endless power filled him. The weakening effect also washed away. This was a limited time Super power-up only Sol could use as the Sun God.
Mad Bullhorse was not a match against Sol in this form but he also used {Demonic Overload} to strengthen himself to somehow keep up with Sol. The duration of Demonic Overload was actually a bit higher than Sol's Radiance of Rising Sun but the total strengthening affect was weaker. So his plan was to stall Sol and kill him after the affect of this strengthening ware off.
Sol smirked in his heart seeing Mad Bullhorse buying time as he was also doing the same. He had recieved a special order today before the start of the battle that this fight was going to be the last one, so go all out.
His Radiance of Rising Sun was actually a prelude to an even stronger attack but that attack would leave him weaken for sometime, so he had never used it before. But today he had no such restrictions. And the time he needed to fight using Radiance of Rising Sun to fullfill the using condition of that move was also coming closer.
Instantly when he reached the time threshold Sol Laughed out loud -
"Gwahaha, you're done devil. Take this {Falling Sun of Endless Fury}."
The attack Sol used was not something that could finish this match even tho this was a very strong attack, so Mad Bullhorse was confused and thinking if Sol had lost his mind. But Sol's next action proved him wrong.
"Boost: {Brilliance of Setting Sun}."
This move can Boost the power of a single attack by ten thousandfold. But in exchange Sol will get 90% weaker for next few months or so.
This all out attack was able to finish of Mad Bullhorse getting rid of another one of the Devil King's general but Sol was also out of the battle as he was too tired to continue. But Mad Bullhorse was not the first casualty today, not even the second. In this final battle it was very clear that the gods had an huge advantage over the devils.

Bushiki was the strongest goddess below the supremes when it comes to physical combat. Her strength was so overwhelming that even several high gods working together can't be her match.
The opponent she was facing was the Strategist of Demise. He was somewhat like the leader for the Devil King's generals. He used his exceptional intellect to find a perfect plan to counter this incredible force, the Goddess of Myriad Weapons.
His primary plan was to use his speciality to stop her. He was a magic caster and a summoner. So, in his opinion he was the perfect counter to Bushiki's fighting style as she likes to get up close and personal. In that case, he could just use his summons to halt her and create distance between them and he could also use long range magic to snipe her if he got any chance. From what he had seen so far about Bushiki, he was sure he can pull it off easily.
But all this speculations came to an very unfortunate end as Bushiki had never used her true strength so far as she was just trying to get some practice using those devils as her personal practice dummy.
But today she received orders from her Superior, Supreme Goddesses Asteria to use her full strength and that this would be the last fight between the Gods and the Devils. So she went all out from the very beginning.
She was the Goddess of Myriad Weapons so she can use all and every type of weapons almost perfectly. But even she had her favourites. And she used her favourite weapon, a sword given to her by the World itself, and slash with all her might.
That one slash was enough to get rid of all the summons and was also able to remove the Strategist of Demise's head from his shoulder.
Yes, she finished her fight instantly in a single hit.
