Chapter 44 - Conference and The biggest Geek

Today is the day of the conference between some of the most powerful countries of this world. If Demon Lord is involved then it's pretty normal to assume that country is a strong nation. There aren't many nations who have the capabilities to kill a Demon Lord let alone with a whole army supporting him. Not to mention someone like Milim and Guy didn't even need an army. I'm pretty sure except for their territories they can destroy pretty much every nation and empire on their own.

Of course, they can even destroy Tempest if I suddenly disappeared, they will not do that though. Oh yeah, yesterday, Benimaru solved his love affair and decided to marry both Alvis and Momiji, after that, I also evolved him into a True Demon Lord.

"Rimuru-Sama it's time for the meeting"

Shuna reminds me, I bounce off from Velzard's lap and turn into my human 'male' form. Velzard looks displeased as soon as I left her lap, she was enjoying patting me didn't she.

"Rimu, how long the meeting will last"

The guard opened the door as I enter the room with Velzard, everyone was already present waiting for us, I and Velz were the last one to arrive. I scan the whole room for the empty seats and took one of the empty seats, seems like they left the two seats for me and Velz.

The table is round so that nobody feels like they were mistreated. We have to take care of minor details like this you know.

"Thank you for coming today... I'm sure you already know the topic of today's discussion but let Testa inform you again if someone doesn't know..."

With that said I set in my seat and Testa take the lead. First, she introduces everyone present here and who they are representing, after that she informs them about today's discussion which is about the earthquake and energy waves they felt a few days ago. In this room, all are representing their country bringing two subordinates each except Fuse. I only bring Testa because she needed to explain the topic, for the introduction and other minor aspects.

And Velz is the reason for the energy waves and earthquakes so, of course, she needed to be present here.

Except for Dino and Ramiris, all the Demon Lords are present here representing their nation, King Gazel representing the Dwargon, Fuze representing Blumund, Yohm representing the Farmenas kingdom, and lastly Emperor or Empress Elmesia El-Ru Sarion whatever you prefer from the Sarion dynasty.

Even Carrion and Frey are present. Seems like they also felt the energy wave. While Testa was introducing others, Shuna brings some cold drinks and cakes and some other snacks to eat. I'm more surprised after seeing Milim behaving like a leader. No— she is nowhere near the king or queen but she is doing her job well as a leader.
