"Keep an eye out for him, alright?" Jay said.
It was already dawn, yet he was still there. June had settled in Haruto's extra room as planned.
They talked about ways how to salvage June from the situation. Although June said he was fine, they felt like they just couldn't stand there and watch.
"Do you happen to know where the rest of the contents of the briefcase are?" Haruki asked while Jay arranged his items.
Jay shook his head. "I know there's a lot more information out there. I believe June is the only one who knows such information. We've never talked about it, and I'm not going to force him."
"Me too," Haruto muttered. "I'm just curious. Why is he so calm? Does he have something up his sleeve?"
Jay sighed. "June's so unreadable," he said. "However, what we can do now is trust him and support him in what he's going to do."
Haruto nodded in agreement.
