After sending Kathy off home, I, Mama, and Papa were in the hospital now talking to Ashton who didn’t have a clue about what was just going to happen. Mama sighed and spoke the sentence that she’s been repeating for the past five minutes, “Look, I understand you’re just looking out for your Dad but we need to talk to your family. You will understand. Just give us a chance.” Finally, Ashton seemed like he gave up, “All right, you can go inside but don’t blame me that I didn’t warn you.
