She's Alive

Mrs. Jones pulled Aiden into a tight embrace, murmuring, "Thank goodness, she's alive. My daughter is alive."

Aiden was stunned, his mind racing to understand what he had just heard. His voice barely above a whisper, he asked, "What do you mean? Is my wife really alive?"

"Yes, son," Mr. Jones replied, a glimmer of hope in his eyes. "Scovia is alive. Look, this bracelet is the proof."

Aiden's confusion grew deeper. He struggled to follow the conversation. "I don't understand, Mom," he said, his voice tinged with frustration.

"This bracelet was deliberately left behind. Scovia was protected from the very beginning. They would never let her life be in danger," explained Mr. Jones, his voice filled with relief.

The weight on Aiden's shoulders lifted a little. "What a relief," he exhaled. "So, where is she, Dad?"
