Random Act of Kindness 14

“The last call that you made was with your dad. Right?”

“You are right. And afterward, I got off the vehicle at the clinic.”

“Did you make another call after that?”

He wrinkled his brows and pouted his lips before he responded.

“No.”

“Then, it may be in the car.”

After he spoke with his father on that ill-fated day, he got off the car when they got to the clinic after he picked his jacket and his Purple Tag. He was anxious to get the matter sorted out that he forgot to pick his phone along.

“Let us check the car then.”

They hurried to the car and checked the passenger's seat and found the dead phone in between the passenger's seat and the emergency brake handle.

“Look at it.” Leon notified. Now, Jeff, who was at the back where he picked his jacket, was elated.

“Where did you find it?”

“Beside the emergency brake handle.”

“Thank you.”

He appreciated and collected the phone from him. They returned to their suite and plugged the phone.
