“Don't bother yourself too much. I am well now. See you later.”

“If you say so. Later.”

Just like Leon, he could not believe that he had many colleagues who cared about him to notice his absence.

“Wow! Jeff. You appeared on the first day and disappeared.”

“It is my pleasure to see you again.”

“You look good, Jeff. Where have you been?”

They took time to welcome him to school. Even Greg, the student, who once attempted to dupe him with the name of the Cherry Fields Oil and Gas Group in their Freshman Year. Although, he had forgiven him, but Greg kept his distance. That day, he put his fears and shame aside and walked up to him and greeted warmly.

“It is so good to see you, Jeff. I asked of you, but no one seemed to have a clue to your whereabouts.”

'Absence makes the heart grow fonder,' Jeff thought before he responded.

“I'm delighted to know that you cared, Greg. Thank you for checking on me.”
