5)Taming my first Herbivore

I also learnt that people were trying to unite and form guilds so that they have a better chance at surviving on this island. The Community option also had 3 subdivisions FRIENDS LIST, GUILD, and PARTY. If you add someone to your friend list you can communicate with them privately even if we are not together. You can also choose to let them see your location, name and stats if you wish to.

The Guild option is for forming or joining other guilds. There was also a guild ranking option which was locked for some reason. A party is an option which allows you to hunt dinosaurs together with others. If you are at a party all the exp you gained from killing the dinosaur is shared equally among the members.

Some Guilds even revealed their location so that non-combat players can take refuge in their guild and stronger players can come and join their base. I kept looking at what the players said in the community and found that there are different biomes. Some were spawned on beaches, deep inside a forest and in snowy areas.

I kept looking until it was morning and I immediately got to work. I expanded my small base, created 3 storage boxes and collected some thatch, wood, fibre, and stone and placed them in my newly built storage boxes. I kept collecting berries until I got 40 berries that can be fed to a Parasaur. I kept giving the berries to the Parasaur until it was fully tamed.

I collected 100s of berries in a minute with the help of my new buddy. Dinosaurs have their own inventory and levels. You cannot look at the level of the dinosaur before taming them but since I have the analysis skill I used it to tame a high leveled parasaur. I collected 400 berries in a flash and tamed a high-level Triceratops which took a lot of time.

Finally, I have a berry collector who can run faster and a berry collector who can counterattack. I chose to use my Parasaur only for travelling since I got a new berry collector that is far more efficient than the Parasaur. I gave my Parasaur the name Paul and named my Triceratops Tom.

The reason I want to collect berries is that I can create a compost bin and put the berries in and turn them into fertilizer. I wanted to make kibble but it seems it's not possible. When looking through the community I found that people who have played the game tried to make kibble but they got nothing out of it.

Kibble is made from a dinosaur egg, cooked meat and some other ingredients. Kibble is used to tame dinosaurs at a faster rate. It seems it has been banned from this version as it will make it easier for us. So I built a mortar and pestle and tried creating Narcotics.

Raw meat in this game gets spoiled in 10 minutes. So I created a campfire and hunted some Dodos for food. I cooked half of it and left half of the meat to spoil. To create Narcotics which can increase the torpor(A meter which shows how tired the dinosaur is and if the meter fills up the dinosaur goes to sleep) I need spoiled meat and Narcoberries.

I can only do this in Mortar and Pestle for now. So I made some Narcotics and thought of something unique. This looks like we are in a game but it's not a game. So I can create blueprints that were not possible to create in the game since the blueprints didn't exist in the game. So I poured narcotics on my spear tip and gained a blueprint for a Narcotic spear. I wanted to test this on some dinosaur but then I heard a girl scream coming from inside the woods.
