Amadeus Yancey paid him no mind, waiting for Nathalie Quinlan to send a message.
All he heard was the 'ding' of the phone.
The message came quicker than he expected.
Nathalie Quinlan sent him a document.
"Amadeus, did Ms. Quinlan send a message?" Alfred Garland saw him looking at the phone and craned his neck to take a peek, muttering, "Does she really have something on Mr. Wilmar? Impossible."
In his heart, he didn't believe Nathalie Quinlan actually had any fatal leverage over Jecksen Wilmar, at most a collection of trivial matters.
However, as soon as he glanced at it, his eyes widened more than a bull's, and his mouth involuntarily gaped open as he blurted out uncontrollably, "Damn, Amadeus, this... this is too intense."
