"They all are busy talking about your marriage." Aalia rolled her eyes.

   "And If you have a Girlfriend, let me know, I will tell aunty. So that you can marry the girl you want." (Aalia)

  The next thing that happened was the least expected. She realized that he was holding her hands with his one hand and his face was close enough that she could feel his breath across her face, his other hand around her waist. Aalia blinked her eyes.
  
 "Do you want to know who my girlfriend is?" Adnaan asked raising his eyebrow.

  She felt something that she have never felt through out her life time.

"I was just kidding." (Aalia)

  "It's okay to feel down. Don't be hard on yourself." Aalia said.

His eyes were teary. He looked away in order to hide his tears.

   "I think you should leave." Adnaan said.

  "I won't. Stop trying to isolate yourself. " Aalia said.

  She looked at him with astonishment. He took her hands softly and looked at her eyes. 

  "Being with you. That's all I want." Adnaan said.

Aalia and Adnaan were the popular fighting cousins in the family. He shared his sorrows and happiness with her. He considered her special. They were together since childhood.They looked at each other as best companions until he realized that he loved her.But the wall of misunderstanding makes their bond weaker.

It's been one week since I talked to Adnaan. I never had the guts to text or call him. I was too afraid of what I would say if he asked me about the reply for his letter. My college started 5 days ago and I was having my internals going on. Hana left 2 days ago. Her grandfather was really sick and she wanted to take care of him. It clearly means that I can't talk to her or visit her for a while as she was staying at her grandparent's house. I was trying my level best to concentrate on my studies as I didn't want to disappoint my parents. It was already 11:52 at night. I was sitting in front of my study table trying to study the portions as per my study timetable. I think I have been studying well because I had nothing else to do other than studying. I visited Iqra once in every two days and she would help me with my problems. Her talks will heal my wounded heart. I looked at the time and continued my studies.
