In a tranquil valley.
Gin slowly stood up. Dressed in a black Shihakushō, draped with a pristine white haori, and with a standard-issue blade at his waist.
His face bore an eerie smile, his eyes narrowed, and the corners of his mouth curved upward.
He glanced around his surroundings lightly, then lowered his gaze to his outstretched hand. A faint glimmer of contemplation flickered in his eyes as he murmured softly.
"So, there's no sense of spiritual pressure here. As expected, this must be another world."
After speaking, he turned his head, his eyes narrowing like a sly fox. In a soft voice, he addressed Aizen.
"Captain Aizen, without power, I wouldn't be of much use to you now, would I? Even if we've arrived in a different world, if I have no power, I doubt I can be of any help to you, Captain."
Gin spoke while keeping his hands tucked into his sleeves, his tone casual and unconcerned as if the matter didn't involve him.
Aizen, wearing a faint smile, responded with his deep, magnetic voice.
"Don't worry, Gin. Although spiritual pressure cannot be used here for now, the native powers of this world are sufficient to support your Zanpakutō abilities and Kido. As for the rest, once I fully unravel the essence of this world's power, it will naturally come to fruition."
"Now, follow me. Let's enjoy a little show together."
Hearing this, Gin's eyes narrowed slightly, and a large, mischievous smile appeared on his face as he replied softly.
"A show? As long as it doesn't involve unnecessary killing, that's fine by me. After all, you know I'm not fond of slaughter."
As he finished, a strange smile lingered on his lips.
At this moment, standing beside Aizen was a stunning woman with a cold, indifferent expression. Her large, beautiful eyes gazed lightly at Gin, and her delicate lips parted as she spoke with an icy tone.
"Gin, Lord Aizen has granted you this opportunity. Cherish it well. If you harbor the same thoughts as before, I assure you, even if Lord Aizen doesn't act, I will eliminate you on his behalf."
Gin, rather than showing anger, froze momentarily. His eyes briefly revealed a sapphire hue as he looked at the woman beside Aizen, and then his lips curved into a peculiar smile. Covering his mouth, he chuckled softly.
"Lord Aizen, I didn't expect you to develop such preferences after coming to another world. I had assumed that someone like you wouldn't be swayed by something as trivial as women."
Aizen maintained his gentle smile, his expression unchanging as he replied softly.
"This is Kyōka Suigetsu."
As Aizen's words fell, Gin's expression stiffened, his pupils slightly contracting as he exclaimed in shock.
"Kyōka Suigetsu? Your Zanpakutō can materialize in this world!?"
Gin's reaction wasn't unwarranted. In their previous world, he had stayed by Aizen's side, not only to recover a part of his beloved Rangiku's soul but also to assassinate Aizen.
However, under the effects of Kyōka Suigetsu's hypnosis, even after centuries of waiting with Kamishini no Yari in hand, he had never found an opening.
Kyōka Suigetsu had become not just his personal nightmare but that of all Shinigami.
Now, suddenly seeing Kyōka Suigetsu's physical form here left Gin unsettled.
Kyōka Suigetsu, her chin raised like a proud swan, cast a cold glance at Gin and said icily.
"Do not compare me to your inferior Zanpakutō."
Gin winced slightly at her words but chose to remain silent. Internally, he resolved.
It's best not to provoke her if she truly is Kyōka Suigetsu.
Noticing Gin's attitude, Kyōka Suigetsu seemed satisfied. Thinking to herself that he was wise not to overstep, she turned and bowed respectfully to Aizen, speaking softly.
"Lord Aizen, since you are heading to Konoha, I shall take my leave for now. I will remain by your side until the day you fulfill your ambitions."
Aizen smiled warmly at her, his voice gentle.
"Don't worry. That day won't be far off."
His expression radiated confidence as he spoke.
Kyōka Suigetsu's face lit up with a faint trace of joy. Maintaining her bow, her figure gradually faded and disappeared.
After she vanished, Aizen did not move immediately. He stood silently for a while before turning and walking out of the valley. As he walked, he said softly.
"Follow me, Gin. I want to introduce someone to you."
Gin quickly followed, a seemingly mischievous smile on his face as he lightly teased.
"I understand, Lord Aizen."
With that, the two figures slowly disappeared from the valley.
Outside the valley, White Zetsu had been waiting respectfully, having noticed the disturbance earlier and deduced that Aizen's matters had concluded.
Hearing the soft sound of footsteps approaching through the forest, White Zetsu's face brightened with relief and thought happily.
Lord Aizen's task must be complete.
As Aizen and Gin emerged from the forest, it was clear that both Gin and White Zetsu were silently observing each other.
So this is the "interesting guy" Lord Aizen mentioned?
Is this the important person Captain Aizen spoke of?
Both men assessed one another in silence, their thoughts mirroring each other.
"Lord Aizen,"
White Zetsu stepped forward respectfully.
Aizen smiled faintly and spoke softly, "Zetsu, prepare to return to Konoha. The matter here is resolved, and I believe the situation over there should be unfolding soon."
Hearing Aizen's words, White Zetsu nodded respectfully, and the three began their journey back.
On the road back to Konoha, Gin and Zetsu became more familiar with each other. Gin also learned many things about this world from Zetsu, including the ongoing Iwa-nin invasion of Konoha.
Each time Zetsu mentioned something, Gin would subtly glance at Aizen, who walked calmly ahead.
If someone claimed that none of these events were connected to Aizen, Gin would never believe it. Having followed Aizen in the past, he knew very well how terrifyingly thorough this man's calculations could be.
Meanwhile, Zetsu was a bit puzzled about why Gin seemed to know less about common things than he did, as if Gin were a traveler from another world. However, Zetsu wisely kept these thoughts to himself.
The three continued steadily toward Konoha.
At one point, Zetsu turned to Aizen, a trace of doubt in his voice, "Lord Aizen, are you certain about disguising yourself before Madara? With your strength, such a precaution seems unnecessary."
