With his immediate needs satisfied. He begins the next step of his work. As such, he exits his palace and summons his martial spirit robes. He takes flight and begins flying slightly South East.

He flies over the vast plains that make up his land and soon exit the territory of his empire. He heads for the lands that form the natural border between Star Luo and Heaven Dou.

He flies over the vast forest-land. Dipping and dodging past low level spirit beasts that he doesnt care about. He finally arrives at his destination.

A relatively large clearing in the middle of the giant forest. There is a sizable lake that nobody really knows the depth of. For the unaware, it looks like any other lake, but in actuality, this place is the recovery location of the Silver Dragon Empress, Gu Yuena or as she came to be called Gu Yue in Soul Land 3. Next to the lake is a massive cave which houses the true Beast King of Star Dou Forest.

"Di Tian, I've come to bargain" (This would have been a beautiful cliffhanger for the last chapter but i didn't think of it then. sadj)

Xue Tie calls out as he spikes his spirit power. Revealing his titled douluo strength. The forest shakes as a large black figure makes its way out of the cave. Its footsteps echo throughout the core region of the great forest. Granted, while its footsteps are the main reason for the shaking, it's not the only one as at least 20 other giant beasts make their presence known. Witnessing the Beast King's appearance and how he will handle the newest human intruder.

"Foolish human. You know my name yet I do not see fear in your eyes. Speak before I rend you asunder"

"Hehehe" Xue Tie laughs at bit as he quickly reminisces how far he has gotten in this life. To be able to confidently stand before such a figure. The Beast God.

"As I've said, I have a proposition for you: Di Tian, the Beast God. A way to perhaps ensure that Beasts aren't driven to extinction in the future." He says

"The solution is simple, either all humans Die, or stay out of our forests." The Golden Eyed Black Dragon retorts in annoyance.

"I've come for an alternative solution. One where it might be possible for humans to still get spirit rings but you and your beast friends and comrades no longer Di. In fact this deal of ours is also beneficial for all of your growth as I possess the means to accelerate your growth while ensuring you can survive the tribulations."

Di Tian frowns while other beasts in the surroundings murmur amongst each other. One beast in question suddenly yells out. "Liar."

"Oh, and other than your prejudice and racism against a human like me. On what grounds are you calling me a liar? I don't believe we are acquainted?" Xue Tie asks the partially hidden figure who now saunters out.

The beast looks like a combination of a tiger and bull. It has large bulky legs with hooved feet. A thickly muscled body and a sabertooth tiger head but with bull horns. Its own heavy weight is able to cause small quakes.

"I deem to judge you for the actions of your past. I have witnessed you killing my friend the 90 thousand year old earth dragon with my own eyes. You wear the same expression as when you killed it and you expect me to believe you?" The 100k Sabertooth Bull calls out which attracts the animosity of all other beasts except Di Tian whose expression has not changed.

"Well the truth is that I gained this solution to the eternal hatred between humans and Beasts through using my proposed payment method on another beast far away in Slaughter City. Through this method, the Dark Gold: Three headed bat king evolved into a nine headed bat king before I finished it off as I found it to be too strong for me. It is its spirit ring that allowed me to theorize that we could come to an amicable solution." Xue Tie explains and the idea of the bat king evolving to grow 6 more heads like this is an interesting concept to them but that has only lightly diminished their killing intent. Di Tian speaks up once more.

"State your idea and showcase this 'reward' you speak of. Then we will consider your proposition. Otherwise, begone from here, human. You have interested me enough to spare your life this time"

"My solution is quite simple but also complicated. Simple in idea as I would simply use my new 9th ring that came from the bat king to create clones through the blood you all provide. I would grow your blood into a small clone of you and then the complicated part comes in using some combination of herbs to ensure that the new beast clone would nurture a bit of strength through it's own efforts or possibly guided through mental aspects through other spirit masters efforts .This would ensure the new blood clone would gain it's own mind and possibly soul which in turn would allow it to serve as a source of spirit rings for humans. Expand this idea many times greater and thus we have a simple ranch where these blood beasts would serve as a substitute for you all."

"Then you all are free to live out your lives and Die to the tribulation lightning or ascend into divinity as has been your goal this whole time"

"Now if you wish a demonstration of the benefits I shall be giving you. Then I require a volunteer. Whom amongst you wishes to gain strength for nothing this day?"

All beasts get agitated at this prospect but Di Tian speaks first which disappoints all nearby beasts.

"Su Bu. you shall be the first to receive this so-called blessing. If the human lies then we shall end him"

A 10 ft tall and 8ft wide green and yellow Bee Queen flies forward from the crowd of beasts and hovers before Xue Tie. The bee Queen is quite nervous but Xue Tie has a knowing smile of why this beast was specifically chosen. It's only a newly risen 100k year old beast and could easily be replaced by one of its children should he betray them. His approval of Di Tian has risen.

"To provide the reward, I shall need to use my other martial spirit" He states to ensure they don't immediately go hostile as he summons his trident while dismissing his robes. More killing intent is thrown on him when they see the variant rings of the 200k year old beasts he killed and absorbed.

Xue Tie hovers his trident before the Bee Queen and activates his first ring. A bloody mist seeps out and begins to flow into the Bee Queen. Red Veins grow all around her body. Xue Tie has a calm expression as he does this, even with the killing intent pressing down on him.

In view of all beasts here, the Bee Queen's size begins to grow rapidly, the signs of age showing through the horizontal lines of green and yellow. It's stinger falls out and rapidly regrows as its body matures.

After roughly 9 minutes Xue Tie reactivates the ring. The Bee Queen falls to the floor. Nobody does anything drastic yet as they can see the bee queen squirm and groan in pain.

"AHHH" It is only after another half an hour the bee queen awakens with a gasp and yell. As if it awakened from a nightmare.

It looks around it's surroundings before it seems to calm down and 'sit', it's body still quivering occasionally.

"Su Bu. Explain your experience. How strong are you now?"

"My lord. I felt as it I was stuck within my own memories. Reliving my whole life. I felt the energy flow through my veins which was the key to my sanity as well as my bane. I felt my body rapidly mutate as my blood was filled with essence. My muscles and bones reforged and finally near the end, my soul underwent sublimation. I had theorized my growth when I would reach 199k year old and prepare for the next tribulation but my current state is beyond that. Yet, I don't feel older at all. It's just that my body is strong and my age has not risen but I cant say for certain."

"That would explain why I didn't explode from too much energy and the lack of tribulation lightning when I did this to the bat king." Xue Tie quickly responds while many beasts begin to salivate at the prospect of growing stronger without growing older and possibly dying to that lightning.

DI Tian is in thought before it's eyes seem to glaze over for a moment and it nods its head.

"What is required of us to continue receiving these benefits?" The Beast God asks Xue Tie.

"I would require roughly half the blood of any beast who wishes to volunteer. I am willing to provide medicine to assist in the recovery process so this doesnt become fatal. Though the number I require right now is little as I first actually need to succeed with making a newly born blood beast. Until then, I will only accept one host. Perhaps a second if I hit a wall with the blood of the first or just to compare. It is likely that this will take a few months if not a few years to accomplish. If possible I'd like the chosen beasts to be nearby in case of anything. But I understand if you still don't trust me enough to come to my empire. A land filled with 'despicable humans' ." he explains the plan and quite a few of them are excited for the benefits they receive. As Su Bu got so much and she did nothing but they are actually contributing. So they believe the benefits would be greater.

"Hong Zu. You shall follow this man. You may live on the forest outskirts or follow him to his empire at your discretion." A Beautiful woman comes out from the woods. She has yellow Sclera and Purple hair that hide her horns. She has a sexy figure that seems to be natural to beasts whenever they take on a human form that isn't permanent. She has a frown on her face but obediently listens to Di Tian.

"Do you need my help to follow along or are you confident in your speed?" He says with a cheeky smile that only makes her angrier before a pair of leathery dragon wings come out from her back.

"Where are we going?"

"Hmm?, oh right. I haven't introduced myself yet. Hahaha" he laughs a bit and then gives a bow to DI Tian and the other beasts.

"My name is Xue Tie, The emperor of the Empyrean Empire to the West. bordering the Volcanic Region of Mt. Qixiao. It was originally a kingdom that had revolted and then I stepped in and claimed it, then took down a neighboring kingdom as well as attacked Star Luo to the South. Expanding my regime into an Empire that it is now." he states his identity clearly.

"Before you head out. I must ask, Have you any news about the Blue-Silver Grass Emperor?"

"Oh? You mean Ah Yin? She was attacked by Spirit Hall under Qian Xunji, the son of Qian Daoliu. I had stepped in to help them when she gave birth and scare off spirit hall. She now lives on the border of my territory with her son." He casually tells the story, not mentioning the Clear Sky Douluo in case the old man offended some beasts during his heyday as well.

Di Tian nods his head and waves the two off as he returns to his cave.

Soon enough the two of them, Xue Tie and Hong Zu fly away. Xue Tie casually slows down his speed to not make his beast guest feel bad too early on in their relationship.

"My lady, are you sure he can be trusted?"

"I can feel the essence of death within him. If he follows the same route as his predecessors then he will be a neutral party. He has also showcased he can be trusted but as he himself said. This is a project that will last months and maybe years to come. We have plenty of time to judge him. Perhaps he may even allow me to recover if the Bee Queen's words about her soul being strengthened are true." A mysterious voice flows into Di Tian's head which makes him sweat as he has not seen her ladyship speak so much.
