Also, there is more of a stat involved part of the system that has been introduced in the later chapters(63). Experience isn't visibly tracked until this point - up until then it is still gathered and slayers do grow slightly stronger from fights, but there's no way of knowing how much has been gained until the chapter it's introduced.]

Jun watched as Ryo seemed to freeze in mid-stride toward him . His eyes went wide and his body rigid.

"Ryo?.." Jun said, unsure of what to expect at this point.

"Something is wrong." Was all Ryo could say as a new feeling began to overtake the one of jubilation that Tank Mode had given him. This feeling was the deepest pain he's ever felt in either of his lives.

Ryo doubled over forward as his mind was starting to go blank from the building, searing, pain echoing throughout his entire body.  What the fuck is going on?! He thought in desperation.

Tank Mode was indeed a powerful ability that not just anyone could pull off. It allows a single person to throw themselves into focused combat with a mind that allows them to fully enjoy the thrill as well as a body that can't be stopped.
