In Reichwein

Eleanor was clearly reveling in the absence of Lady Runa. Elisa was certain that Eleanor's satisfaction had nothing to do with fear of their brother's fiancee. Instead, Eleanor was simply irritated by Lady Runa's presence.

However, Eleanor's joy was short-lived as she became increasingly annoyed with the ongoing issue involving Duke Fabian. Both Eleanor and Elke were vying for the king's favor regarding whether Duke Fabian should be forcibly deported back to Reichwein.

In the midst of this turmoil, it was Elisa who suffered the most. Eleanor frequently summoned her to her chamber under the pretense of teaching her something.

"Elisa, my dear sister," Eleanor would say, her tone dripping with false sweetness, "Did I not instruct you to keep your hands raised until I told you to stop? Have I given you permission to lower them?"

Eleanor would arbitrarily order Elisa to kneel in the corner with her hands raised high, not allowing her to lower them.
