When Kevin stared at him, Carl gulped and said "Your bloody stare scares me."

He then sighed and said, "Send roses to her saying Sorry for not texting and do not forget to remove your name from the card."

"Wait, do you know her favourite flowers?" Carl narrowed his eyes and asked

"I don't know about flowers but she loves food," Kevin said

"Ahhh, this sandwich is heaven." The young woman exclaimed while enjoying her freshly made chicken sandwich

"How can you make sandwiches so tasty, Silvia?" Amber Miller asked while licking her hand

"This is an art and I am an artist." Silvia Simmons chuckled

"Do you want another one?" She asked while placing a sandwich in a maker

"I don't mind bolting," Amber said while looking at the sandwiches

"Amber, stop looking at my sandwiches while lust-filled eyes. Look, they are feeling Shy." Silvia said

Amber helplessly shook her head and said "You and your food language."

Keeping quiet for some time, Amber asked "Did he message you today?"

When Silvia shooked her head, Amber frowned "How can he ignore you?"

"He might be busy-"

"Stop backing him up, he can't ignore you. Doesn't he know the golden rules?" Amber frowned

"What are golden rules?" Silvia asked who has no idea about what her friend is talking about

"There are some rules in wooing a woman. No matter how busy you are, you have to text your woman, this is the first and most important rule. Amber firmly said

Silvia helplessly shook her head and said "This is bullshit-"

Silvia stopped saying when someone knocked on the door.

"I think it's a delivery guy," Siliva said

"What did you order at this time?" Amber asked looking at her watch

"Hamburger," Silvia exclaimed

"Sil, we just had sandwiches-"

"I didn't eat hamburgers the whole day, they might miss me." Silvia pouted her lips and said before walking towards the door

She frowned when she didn't see any delivery.

"I think it's a naughty little boy from next door." Silvia thought

"Wait, who kept these roses and pizza box here?" Silvia raised her brows before taking them in

"Is this a complementary gift for ordering hamburgers?" Amber chuckled

"It's not a delivery guy," Silvia said

Looking at the roses, she said, "Someone left this outside."

"It has a note, Sil," Amber said before taking the note out

DEAR SWEETHEART, I AM SORRY FOR IGNORING YOU TODAY. I SHOULD HAVE MESSAGED YOU BUT I COULDN'T. PLEASE ACCEPT ROSES AND YOUR FAVOURITE PIZZA AND FORGIVE ME.

"Oh my god, he is so sweet," Amber exclaimed before giving the note to Silvia

Silvia blushed and thought "Thank you, stranger."

"He surely knows the golden rules." Amber chuckled

"Wait, how did he know that you love double-cheese margaritas." Amber was shocked when she looked at the pizza

"I am not shocked. He knows that I am allergic to mushrooms and this is just a piece of cake to him." Silvia said before taking a bite

"Who do you think he is?" Amber asked wondering while looking at the nameless note

It all started two years back, Silvia started receiving texts from an unknown number enquiring about her whereabouts. He sends a cheering message when Silvia's mood is bad, and encourages her when she achieves something. He also sends good food when she is down. At first, Silvia wondered why she continuously received texts but when she understood that the stranger is concerned about her, she started enjoying his company.

She tried asking about him every time he messages her but he never says his details but she is okay with it. She doesn't who he is, or what he is up to but all she knows is he is safe and that is what mattered.

THANKS FOR THE ROSES AND DELICIOUS PIZZA Silvia typed a message before sending him

Outside Silvia's apartment

"She messaged me," Kevin exclaimed before opening the message

"I know dude." Carl chuckled

"Thanks, man," Kevin said before hugging Carl

"Okay, your hugs make me miss my babe. So, please maintain some distance." Carl helplessly shook his head

"You just talked with her." Kevin frowned

"I didn't make love for the past ten hours." Carl pouted his lips and said

When Kevin gave him a disgusting look, Carl said "You will understand my pain when Silvia becomes your woman."

"It's been two years, why don't you make a move Kev?" Carl asked looking at his friend who is still looking at her message

"I wish but it's difficult for her to accept me. What happened two years back-" Kevin stopped saying and took a deep breath

"It's not your mistake Kev-"

"I can't justify my actions Carl and I know it's completely my mistake. Her life changed for the worst because of me." Kevin sighed and said before starting the car.
