On the Southeastern side of the Trial Field, there was a village that had been set up by the Raging Sun Clan in which lived over 180 people.
For these people, life had become a daily grind for them. They would wake up, find something to eat, find something to do, and then go to sleep again. Although this schedule sounded incomparably simple, that kind of description would be way off the mark.
Waking up was problematic because getting to sleep was even more problematic. After the Groups set up the settlements, they marketed them as the safest places in the Trials, drawing everyone to come live with them. And yet, when the groups started charging fees for staying in the settlements, people found themselves confused.
Didn't the groups advocate for justice? Why were they charging 10AC per night even for a person who was sleeping out in the open? And why would you charge 20 AC to sleep under a wooden hut?
