Complacency is the Enemy of Progress

In the aftermath of the emergency, Midas and his Clan found solace and safety in the secluded world of the Living World.

Recounting the experience they had just gone through, the Clan members, who hours ago had been pursued by the malevolent force of the ghosts who sought to freeze them into motionlessness, could not help but let out cold sweats.

They almost died! The worst thing was they could have died without even knowing how!

All they remember was Midas telling them to get down and before some of them could react, the world had gone blank, and they could not even act or react to anything. It was such an unnerving feeling that they still could not get it out of their heads.

Now, as they collectively breathed in relief, the sounds of their expressions of gratitude and fear resounding through the makeshift camp that was being built, the survivors could not help but replay the ordeal again and again in their heads.
