Suspicions and Trauma

"How can you be sure it wasn't him?" Hassan asked for the third time in under ten minutes.

For the past ten minutes we've been arguing, and it was all about Liam. Hassan believed he was somehow involved with the explosion, and despite all my attempts to make him think otherwise, he remained adamant with his suspicions.

"I'm certain it wasn't him, what does he have to gain in my death? Besides, the only reason we didn't get to the car on time was because of Liam." I explained for the umpteenpth time. It was becoming exhausting having to repeat the same thing over and over again. But this was Hassan, unless he was fully convinced, he wouldn't stop asking questions. It was a trait all journalists possessed, and right now it was becoming annoying.
