I was just about taking Junior out to the park when Luke called to inform me that Casmir had been shot.

At first I wondered why he'd want to tell me about such information, I wanted nothing to do with Casmir, and I honestly couldn't care less if he had been shot or not. In fact, I felt a bit happy that he had been shot. We never really confirmed it, but I was certain Casmir was the man behind Colin's death, getting shot was not enough punishment for the things he did to me and my best friend. I lost two important people in my life that day, and it was all his fault.

"It's not like that Amelie, he really feels bad for what he did to you in the past, and all this was because he was trying to help you out." Luke explained, and I scoffed.
