Instincts

Rain stopped attacking with downward attacks. That was how rain normally works, after all… Still, when the next group of enemies targeted him, he used the same technique vertically. The dark droplets of water stopped their acid cannons and reached them as well. The enemies trembled as the dark droplets pierced their faces, and they flinched thanks to the pain.

"More power… faster," Rain thought. "I need all this to stop them once and for all."

Rain could tell that he was going to feel that later, so he had to be smarter. For starters, he dashed toward his next target and then threw the ominous sword at the face of the monster. The wounded spot was easily pierced, and when the monster flinched, Rain used the horizontal version of his special technique once again. The attack caused more damage and made the sword pierce the enemy's body even further… it didn't take long before the creature was slain.

The skill Draconic Intimidation leveled up.
