Rais was actually losing a battle of information extraction against Rain. He was losing in the area where he was supposed to be the very best… Finding the reason for that was very simple. Even if the information wasn't obvious, just a quick look would be enough. However, the smile of satisfaction on Rain's face enraged the machine god… even though Rain was covered in blood and a bunch of his bones were broken… that still pissed Rais off, very much so.
