"That was a bit dangerous," Ethan muttered as he stared at the dematerializing body of the undead mage, which was turning into ashes.

Ethan knew that Jolene was currently in a battle, and perhaps she had already finished, like him. However, unlike before when he was quite curious about her combat prowess and fighting style, Ethan had lost interest in that and was now focused on gazing into the forest.

Ethan tightened his grip on his weapon and fixed his gaze on the deeper regions of the forest, his face marked with solemnity.

They hadn't ventured far, yet the knowledge that Jolene and the other players possessed seemed to be growing less useful as time passed. Although the monsters Ethan had encountered in the forest so far were nothing more than weak monsters, the way their numbers were increasing was alarming.
