Chapter Thirty-seven

Her Pov

I rolled my eyes as he left. Perfect riddance! I wonder why he never get the hints that I don't like him. I don't want to have to tell him myself. I went up to my room and started playing games with my phone. Not so long after, the doorbell rang again. I went to get it, confused as to who it was. I opened the door and to my surprise, Natalie, Amy, Sam , Ashley and Evelyn were standing there. Their faces weren't friendly at all and I knew there was gonna be trouble.

" What do you guys want?" I said still at the door, ready to slam it at their faces if it got to that.

" That's not the way to welcome visitors"Evelyn said. I rolled my eyes at her.

"You're not even welcome here" I said.

" We decide that" Amy said.

" Actually, I've changed my mind about this guy's" Samantha said.

" What?" they all said.

" I've been thinking about it, this isn't worth it. This guy is not worth us fighting amongst each other. I just thought I'd say this in front of Anny so she'd know that I'm no longer a threat to her. I'm done with this and I think you all should reconsider this" Samantha said. My eyes widened as I stared at them in confusion. What was going on?

" I thought it through too. Guys, this is stupid"

" What do you mean? If she's gone then Rio would give us a chance" Natalie said. I was so confused at the moment, this is not gonna end well, I can tell.

" No... he'll find out we did it and then we'd rot in jail. Think about it, we're too young to get ourselves involved in this shit because of a guy who used and dumped us" Ashley said. This was the first time I've heard her be so reasonable.

" You're just being a coward, the two of you" Amy spat angrily.

" You're just too stubborn. You could go ahead but I am out of here" Samantha said.

" Me too" Ashley said and they both walked away.

" Cowards!" Amy said angrily.

" You might as well get the fuck out of here" I said and made to shut the door on them but they held it back. They were three so they overpowered me and came into the house.

" What the...?"

" Don't worry, it'll be a peaceful death" Amy said. Shit! They're planning to kill me. Are these girls crazy?

" You're crazy, you know that. Rio fucking used you, I didn't. He never loved you and that's not my fault..." I was saying when a slap landed on my cheeks. It was Evelyn.

" Oh shut up! You charmed him, you poisoned him against us and now we can't have him"

" How can you all be so foolish?" I said desperately.

" She's still talking" Natalie said and slapped me again. She pushed me to the floor and came over me slapping and punching. Her punches weren't that hard but if she continued with it, I'd pass out. Amy kicked me in my stomach and spat at me.

" That's for making me believe you're a friend" Amy said. I coughed heavily, my chest hurting as I did. Gawd! Who's gonna save me?

" How do you wanna die? Knife or gun" Natalie said with a wicked smirk, bringing out a gun. What the...? How the fuck did she get a gun?I'm so dead. Where's Kyra?

" She's now dumb! Perfect" Evelyn said. Natalie pointed the gun at me.

" Don't worry. No one's gonna miss you. You're just some piece of filth" Amy said.

" Say your last prayers" Natalie said as she pointed the gun at me.

" Put the gun down" a voice said behind them. They jumped in fear and the gun fell off Natalie's hands. They turned to see the cops with Sam and Ashley behind them. They gave a pitiful look and I gave them a grateful smile.

" You're under arrest for attempted murder. Come with me, you two"

They were handcuffed and taken away. Just then, Kyra came running into the house. She was shocked to see me in that state. Sam and Ashley explained everything to her before leaving. She came to me with tears in her eyes and I passed out in her arms. At least I was safe.

I was immediately rushed to the hospital. I wasn't seriously injured so I returned home that day after being given drugs. I had some bruises though and they were very noticeable so I decided to stay at home the next day. Kyra stayed with me and refused to leave. She was angry with me that I got myself into such a mess. It was technically not my fault but she wouldn't listen. I had to beg her not to call my parents and tell them. They'd send me on the next flight back to them and I can't leave yet. I can't leave Styles and I've also got unfinished business with Rio. This is his fucking fault. He got me into all of this mess. I can't believe those girls would try to kill me because of a fucking guy. What happened to girl code? I'm so disappointed in them and so fucking mad at Rio. I thought Amy was my friend and she did this to me. Gawd! No matter what anyone said now, I was ending everything I had with Rio. It wasn't even real in the first place. I was just playing him so it's time for the game to stop. I'mma end everything I have with him tomorrow at school in front of everyone so they'd know I'm done and fucking leave me alone. And this time,nothing anyone says will change my mind. I'm done for good...
