Lewis's life was over after an accident, both of his parents were killed and he was paralyzed and unable to walk for the rest of his life, but all that changed when the first full dive virtual reality game was released, MMORPG: Deep Dive.

A game like no other that operates inside the mind of the user without them moving a single limb. A game that promised wealth and power for all those who participate. 

Lewis was given another chance in this new world as one of the beta testers, eager to stand up again even if not in the real world he accepted the offer without hesitation.

But fate had other plans for him.

"It seems you were already planning your escape" Lillian said.


"Well...to be honest I didn't think you guys were coming for me, so I had to do something" Lewis said.


"Why would we leave you, wait...did the mages here tell you about Alfred?" Lillian asked.


"Later, we need to go, I think someone is coming" Lewis said and Lillian disappeared.


"Wonderful, just wonderful" Lewis muttered as he looked around, he opened his storage ring and brought the two flame crystals just in case, then he saw a sword close to the tent and immediately grabbed it as the mages already took his.


Lewis knew each of the tent had two students keeping watch outside, and he was in the middle of their camp but the tent closest to them had no watch so he sneak there immediately.
