Chapter 140- The decision to live in a dormitory.

Karl's pov

I went to look for David. The underground bar in the pack was small, and given the weekend crowd, it was packed. 

Neon bulbs spun overhead as I squeezed past the bar and DJ booth, reaching the corner where David was chatting with a group of attractive girls who seemed significantly older than me. 

I smirked and walked over, tapping him on the shoulder. 

David turned with a cheerful smile, getting up and leaning in to tell the nearest girl, "Wait for me a bit, sis."

He then picked up a plastic cup from the table and handed it to me, saying, "I ordered this for you." 

I took it, turned, and walked out. I bought a hamburger from a food truck on the bar street and sat outside with David.

Various people shuffled around us as I removed the lettuce from the burger with a napkin and leisurely took a bite.

 "Haven't eaten, bro?"
