“Live bait?! They want me to be live bait?!?” I scream whisper to Eileen from the comfortable confines of our new tent. Callie really did have so many great supplies on hand.
“I’m not thrilled with this either,” Eileen replies, laying out the last blanket on the floor. “And if you’re not comfortable with it, you can still hide away. It’s not too late for me to call-”

“Yeah. Terrifying, really. It’s a great plan and all. Just not really excited about having to take part in it.”
Eileen nods, looking off thoughtfully. She sits on the pile of blankets, her shoulders slumped forward. “I’m sorry.”
