We're almost at 100ch so I wanted to post a review so I can respond to any questions people have. Firstly, this is my second contracted book on the platform, however I have paused my other book to focus solely on Chef in the Apocalypse so please do not worry about me dropping this. The story will follow Jayce who has regressed after spending 10 years in the Apocalypse. After dying, he returns to the release date of the game Cataclysm: World's End, which is 3 months before it descends upon Earth and causes the Apocalypse. The MC is not omnipotent and all-knowing, he is in fact quite flawed. However, he is loyal and determined while also being intelligent. He values his friends greatly and aims to survive whilst protecting them and growing stronger together. While the story begins as a tale of survival, with no explanation about the Apocalypse's origins or cause, it will begin to be discovered in the future. If you like a character-driven plot filled LitRPG, then this is the book for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to the review and I will answer as soon as I can. For now, here are some FAQ's (please avoid spoilers) FAQ: Q: Will there be Romance? A: Yes, wholesome Romance is a cornerstone of a great fantasy book. However like all things, it takes time. Q: Harem? A: No.
Cover: 5/5, The cover edits is really amazing. One glance and I can already tell how much effort went into. Synopsis: 4/5. Although there are some confusion in the synopsis, I was able to tell what's going on and what the story would be about. Grammar: 5/5. Grammar wise, this novel is so much better than 90% of the novels in here. Writing: 4.5/5. Story wise and the writing structure is mesmerizing. I have been thoroughly impressed by author's unique way of storytelling and I can't wait to read more. Overall: 4.8/5. Would I recommend this novel to you? The answer would be yes and you should read it to prove my review right.
Romance ? Wanted to know if there will be romance ?
Read what was free for a reference point: I like the idea and general plot of the story so this far, but the story does progress at a slow pace. If you want fast pace this isn’t the one for you. The grammar is good especially for a story on this app. Updates seem stable bit it’s a new book and the writer has another story the are working on as well; so we will see. World background needs a lot of building in my opinion. We will not know MC is in Asia and that’s it. We also know very little about MCs personality and background. Wish the characters were fleshed out more in the free chapters to connect with them and make them unique. Good luck with this story
I'm bad at writing reviews but I'll just write whatever comes to my mindFirst of all, the writing quality is excellent, it feels like I'm reading a veteran's book.Update : Author already uploading 15 ch/week, what more do you want.I like the MCs personality and even better as he doesn't know the apocalypse like the back of his hand, so it creates suspense, I like that.and lastly, the reason I decided to give this book a try,THE MCS A COOK!!LOTS OF FOODGood going Author-san
you know it gives me a bit of satisfaction that after all those deleted reviews you still couldn't escape the garbage you did later on. you could silence the dissenters but your story died regardless
The prose is undeniably captivating, drawing the reader into the narrative effortlessly. However, I must admit that the pacing feels a tad leisurely for my taste, and I would personally appreciate more intricately detailed fight scenes to heighten the excitement and intensity.Nonetheless, the story shows great promise, and I understand that it's still in its early stages. As they say, you can't fully judge a book until you've read it in its entirety. Despite my minor reservations, I genuinely believe it holds the potential to be a compelling read that's well worth exploring further.

I dont know where you got the ingredients in an apocalypse world.. i hope that there would be a supporting class or someone with a subclass like a FARMER to get these ingredients. I hope that the chapters are longer. sometimes its like a minute or two passed in the novel like MC thinking what to do.. almost like info dump.. if there is action, too detailed enough to finish the chapter.. i dont mind a time skip as long as its longer
Great story so far I like the whole dynamic his group has right now idk how I feel about romance this soon but still a great read
I hioe no harem here...... Just pure plot and romance xD
Story starts off good, sadly the author lost grip on the power scale and pressed the classic make the main power of a protagonist a nerf button and then makes some weird excuses about it to people that comment about it. Overal quality is good besides some minor grammar and spelling mistakes.
We’re else can I read this on since I don’t spend money because it would be to much were can I read for free
From the get-go, the story grabbed my attention. The way the author weaves the narrative is genuinely commendable. However, I believe there's room for improvement. Perhaps if the story progressed at a slightly quicker pace and delved deeper into action-packed scenes, it could become even more immersive for readers like me. I'm genuinely excited and curious to see how the story will head. Lastly, I hope the author can maintain a more consistent update schedule.
The story is great.. but there are no new daily chapter... at the moment i can only see privelage chapters increasing.. 1 chapter a day to unlock should be enough
