Breathing…That Is Not Mine Part II

Eventually, he found the source of that stale odor.

“Oh my…who threw a dead cat around here? Where are their manners?”

Athip was upset when he saw the decomposing body of a black cat lying dead under the frangipani tree on one side of the Plumeria House. Its body was torn in half until he could see its internal organs that were oozing the foul smell. The young man covered his nose with his hand as he thought about dealing with this cat. Finally, he went to grab a shovel under the house to dig a hole. He planned to bury the cat to prevent the smell and unsightly images for the visitors: Sipang and him.

When Athip finished the hideous task, it was almost seven o'clock in the evening. Athip then walked softly up to the Plumeria House. The whole place was lit with the sea breeze blowing in nicely, bringing cool air inside the house. However, Athip decided to close all the windows because mosquitoes might have sucked their blood dry by the end of the night.
