The raging pain slowly awakened Boss who slowly lifted up his heavy eyelids...


While he felt a burning pain in his throat, the man tried to open his mouth but couldn't. When examining himself carefully, he found that he was put on a breathing tube down his throat. The two arms were attached to the IV, blood tubes, and the blood pressure monitor. Beside him was a heart rate monitor that made an annoyingly loud pulsing sound. His body was almost completely wrapped in white cloth. The young man felt pure agony as if he had gone through hell. Boss tried to move but failed. It was like the brain and the body could not communicate with each other.


Inside the dimly lit room with only the warm light, he was able to see his surroundings.


He was not that smart, but he knew that he was lying in the hospital right now. He was not dead, yes…he was not dead.
