The Chosen One Part II

“Let’s ask someone next door, maybe they know.”

With no delay...Gun came to a stop in front of the townhouse beside it. This house’s condition was totally different from the house that the young man thought of renting as night and day. The townhouse next door was speckled because it had been through the sun and rain for many years. The grass in front of the house was overgrown as if it had not been cut for a long time. An old, crimson-red Nissan sedan stood still in the parking lot. Looking into the house… all the windows and doors were closed with opaque-colored curtains from the inside, as if not wanting the sunlight to penetrate into the house.

“Is there anyone there, Gun? It looks like an abandoned house, doesn’t it?” New asked as he squinted his eyes at the surroundings in suspicion. His hand gripped Gun's arm tightly. There was no trace of the most handsome boy of the Faculty of Communication Arts left to be seen.
