CHAPTER TWENTY (A MESSAGE TO HER DAD)

"Please don't. Reward her and let her go." Maium insisted on touching his body gently.

"How dare you order the Gwaka of Xylo!!" Kaicon thundered at her, he got out of the water and angrily left.

Sarah was able to meet with Aklas who had prepared his communication machine and was patiently waiting for her to come.

They tried the machine and Sarah was able to record her message. When she left Aklase home, it was with joy and hope.

Mr. Denis came back from one of the radio stations one not afternoon. He was worried about his daughter and there was this other thing, he was on the brink of losing his job.

He sat down on his sofa in his dirty sitting room and sipped the alcoholic liquid from the can of beer. He barely took care of himself not to talk of a room after his daughter's disappearance.

When he got up to go to the kitchen, he noticed his dad's radio beeping.

"What could be wrong with this piece of junk now?" He complained and went towards the radio.

As he was checking it, he mistakenly pressed the play button and he heard his daughter's voice. Tears dropped from his eyes and he eagerly grabbed the radio as if it would disappear.

MESSAGE:

If anyone can hear me. My name is Sarah Smith, I am a journalist and I am on an alien planet called Xylo. I know this might sound crazy but it's the truth.
