CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE (CHANGE OF PLAN 3)

"Don't allow this war to happen because you know who the loser will be in the end. Surrender now and I will make sure they allow you to return safely back to Earth.

"I will let you return to your planet unharmed. Surrender now and be safe." Kaicon said.

Sarah smiled, she knew the Gwaka would never lie, and he would let them go.

"Do you know the beauty of our planet Earth? It is circular and so are the thinking of the creatures that live on it, This is why we keep going in a rotational motion and this motion makes our lives beautiful and simple but when someone starts having a square thinking instead of a circle, they start to find fault in everything that surrounds the earth, in the people on earth and the smallest pain they experience on Earth."

"And they end up doing what you are about to do. They destroy an entire planet filled with living things, beautiful creatures which they cannot create."

"You don't understand me," Swifter said with tears in his eyes.

"I guess I will never understand you but one thing I understand is that the world will never make sense without pain. We can't always be happy, just as there will always be evil and good, there will also be pain and happiness. This is why there is a time for everything, a time to be born, and a time to die. A time to sow and a time to reap. A time to kill and a time to heal. A time to tear down and a time to give up, it's time to give up David. It doesn't have to end this way." Sarah tried to make him understand her.

After a while of thinking it through, Swiffer dropped his rifle on the ground and raised both his hands above his head as a sign of submission.

The other men also dropped their guns after seeing what their leader did.

"Ta Somas. " Gwaka Kaicon ordered his men and they all put their weapons away.

Kaicon asked that the humans be escorted to the guest rooms and be served the best meal that there is in Xylo.

"Dad let's go," Sarah said to her dad as she hurriedly dragged him along with her. She could feel Kaicon's eyes on her as she walked away.

"What could he be thinking?" she asked herself. And then whispered in fright.

"I hope he's not planning to keep me here while he lets the others go."
