Far away, by the shore, a group of strong alphas were hiding. By the time they were spotted, those few figures had already positioned themselves far away, blocking their escape route. Under the sea, a stronger figure was very close to the Kestrel and the others.

The Shanan Bay was a crescent-shaped gulf, and those figures were in the part of the bay that reached deepest into the sea. Their imposing presence was strong, all high-level alphas. Whether standing or crouching, their eyes shone coolly, ready to fight.

The sea mirrored the dark, silent shadows of the alphas' psychic incarnations.
