Chapter 378: Three Not-Knows

The cold metallic sensation entered Muria's fingertips, making him feel as though he was touching legendary metal—a fascinating sensation. Indeed, it was the beak of a bird, yet its texture was not much different from that of legendary metal.

One could imagine the terrible damage its beak could inflict during close combat with its enemies.

"Hmm!" A few moments after Muria touched the beak of the mountainous Wind Eagle, it seemed to sense something, tilting its head slightly. Muria, somewhat astonished, noticed that the giant bird, covered in pure white feathers, had at some point opened its eyes, its bright yellow eyes indifferently watching him.

"Hehe!" Feeling the gaze of the Wind Eagle, Muria sheepishly backed away, not quite brazen enough to hold its stare.

"Whoosh!" With the awakening of the Wind Eagle, the wind barrier that surrounded all the cloud islands, as well as the one protecting its sleep, instantly collapsed, turning into a wild wind that blew in all directions.

With this cluster of cloud islands as the center, the sky for ten thousand miles around was swept clean of clouds, allowing the brilliant sunlight to fall unobstructed on the tumultuous sea below.

Merely awakening caused a tempest that stirred up the sea for miles around. After opening its eyes, the Wind Eagle did not pay any attention to Muria or the other seven ancient dragons. It simply lay there quietly, without any additional movements.

This behavior gave Muria an oddly familiar sense of déjà vu. After waiting for half an hour, as the Wind Eagle slowly and lazily stood up and even flapped its wings, causing a gust of wind, Muria's feeling of familiarity intensified.

After pondering for a moment, Muria finally understood why this felt so familiar. It was just like his lazy Sundays in his past life—waking up and lying in bed for a while before slowly getting out of bed.

Despite the vast difference in form and stature, the specific movements were quite similar. Thus, the Wind Eagle, adorned in white feathers and resembling a phoenix with its long plumage, started to seem somewhat adorable to Muria.

In fact, when he first saw the Wind Eagle, Muria was reminded of the phoenixes on the Titan Isles and the playful Azure Roc that liked to prank the chromatic dragons.

The grandeur and holy beauty of the phoenix, along with the proud and imposing manner of the Azure Roc, Muria saw all these qualities in the slumbering Wind Eagle, and they became even more pronounced when it awoke and stood up.

The awakened Wind Eagle, standing over two hundred meters tall and majestic as a mountain, was not as huge as the Land Emperor Turtles but still far surpassed a grown Titan. According to Muria's estimation, probably only a legendary Titan at its peak could contend with it.

"Dragons!" The Wind Eagle stared at the seven ancient dragons, and just a few breaths of its gaze brought intense pressure to the dragons. They couldn't maintain their human forms and involuntarily reverted to their true forms, each over a hundred meters long.

However, when the ancient dragons revealed their true forms, the Wind Eagle shifted its gaze away, as if uninterested in looking at them any longer, and then turned its attention to Muria in his human form.

"Dragon King?" Without speaking immediately, the Wind Eagle stared at Muria for a few moments, uttering two words with a tone of confusion. But soon, it confirmed Muria's identity, also demonstrating its unfathomable strength.

"Titan!"

"Indeed, the Wind Eagle has good eyesight," Muria sighed reluctantly. Until now, only the Platinum Dragon God Bahamut had recognized his identity; no other beings, not even legendary ancient dragons, could sense the Titan lineage he had concealed.

"Why not reveal your true form? Why disguise yourself as something so small?" The Wind Eagle looked at Muria, its tone somewhat displeased.

"Sorry, it's necessary because of my current identity," Muria responded as golden lightning burst forth and winds swept around him. He dispelled the human transformation and chose to release his Titan form.

Standing before the Wind Eagle in his imposing and majestic Titan form, Muria held an aura not inferior to that of the Wind Eagle. However, this shocked the seven ancient dragons, who nearly dropped their eyes out of their sockets.

"How can it be a Titan?"

"This is not a transformation."

Hearing the shocked discussions of the ancient dragons behind him, Muria turned and gave them an apologetic smile, "I am not purely a golden dragon, but a hybrid with Titan and golden dragon bloodlines. I did not wish to reveal this, fearing you might think differently."

"Prince Muria, the ability to find us must have been bestowed by Lord Dragon God, and since Lord Bahamut has recognized your identity, what could we possibly have to say?"

"I overthought it." Muria smiled sheep

ishly. Seeking the ancient dragons' help was certainly easier as a pure golden dragon; being a hybrid always seemed somewhat less ideal.

Muria had indeed not expected his hidden Titan bloodline to be recognized by the Wind Eagle. But now that it had been identified, he was prepared to openly acknowledge it.

"Hybrid Titan, why have you brought a group of ancient dragons to disturb my slumber?" After Muria and the ancient dragons finished their discussion, the Wind Eagle, looking down at Muria's "small" form, spoke up.

"Your nest has been moving towards my territory, so I came here," Muria looked up at the Wind Eagle, asking the question he most wanted to know, "What do you want to do in my territory?"

"My nest is moving towards your territory?" Confusion appeared in the Wind Eagle's bright yellow eyes, and it shook its head somewhat helplessly, "I do not know. However, it must be that something in your territory will cause harm to the world, which is why this is happening."

Muria exchanged glances with the ancient gold dragon Bast; their suspicions were correct, the Wind Eagle's presence here was indeed no good omen. Muria then asked again, "What sort of existence is it?"

"That is what I would ask you, I do not know," the Wind Eagle shook its head and then explained, "I have been asleep, unconscious until now. Had you not arrived and awakened me, I would still be asleep."

"I also do not know what in my territory could harm the world!" Muria looked up at the sky, his eyes narrowing slightly. The will of the world is real, but according to his understanding, it should not have a subjective consciousness.

"Lord Wind Eagle, do you have any specific information now, or feel anything unusual?" the ancient gold dragon Bast suddenly asked.
