Chapter 623: Kneel and Submit!

Just as Muria was about to hurl the Sun Spear in his hand, Mikaela suddenly placed a hand on his shoulder. "Let me handle this."

"Sure," Muria said, glancing at the legendary frost giant leader Mikaela had targeted. He was only a Tier-3 legend. "Try to kill him in the shortest time possible."

"Aren't you going to try to get him to surrender?"

"I need enough powerful frost giants dead to intimidate the others."

"Understood." Communicating through soul voice with Muria in an instant, Mikaela's ten wings flared behind her, creating a thunderous sonic boom. She transformed into a crimson streak of light, creating a vacuum corridor several kilometers long that extended to the frost giant leader. With enough kinetic energy to tear the ground apart, she slashed down with her blazing golden sword, her strike carrying an unstoppable momentum.

"They should appear now; otherwise, I would be too disappointed," Muria muttered softly, watching Mikaela and the frost giant leader clash in the sky.

As soon as Muria finished his thought, the surrounding space rippled like water disturbed by a stone. He felt the presence of divine power; the gods were making their move, not directly against him but by disturbing the space.

Under Muria's calm gaze, and to the astonishment of the white dragons and giants, primitive frost giants clad in tattered animal skins and wielding bone clubs began to emerge from the disrupted space, surrounding the giant legions.

The wild and unkempt frost giants, numerous and fierce, formed an irregular ring around the three frost giant legions. Then, even more powerful frost giants arrived, bringing a sweeping cold wave. Water elements in the atmosphere began to condense into snowflakes, starting a snowstorm.

"We're surrounded, and the space is sealed by divine power," Muria said with an intrigued smile. He never underestimated those who worshipped gods. Most deities were elite beings of the world, achieving their status through their own abilities.

Thus, Muria felt a surge of excitement because the situation was unfolding according to his worst—and most anticipated—scenario. He was about to engage in a thrilling battle.

He saw not only legendary frost giants but also various other legendary beings, like a hundred-meter-tall ice elemental lord surrounded by a storm of ice crystals and an enormous ice serpent coiled around a glacier.

"Indeed, it is a Titan," a frost giant leader sighed, gazing at Muria in his Titan form. "If I had encountered you in my youth, I might have chosen to submit rather than resist."

"You're already here, so stop talking about submission." The enormous ice serpent on the glacier flicked its crimson tongue. Its pure white scales bore intricate natural patterns, the primordial runic formations of a powerful entity.

"Titan, this is your last chance. Leave with these giants and lizards," a frost giant wearing half-armor said, holding a battle axe imbued with divine power, making it a divine weapon in mortal eyes.

The gods had not attacked Muria directly, but they had enhanced their followers' combat abilities through various means: bestowing divine weapons, splitting divine essence, and granting divine blessings—all non-combat interventions.

"You would let me leave?" Muria asked with a playful smile, his surrounding space slightly distorting from his natural power, despite the gods reinforcing it.

"Yes, if you swear not to attack our tribes or wage war again, you can leave anytime," a frost giant leader replied.

"How ridiculous. Do you think I am someone who would retreat without a fight?" Muria's face showed disdain, his dragon pride unmistakable.

"Titan, don't think we won't kill you. If you die to beings of equal strength, your elders won't avenge you."

"True, but do you have the ability to kill me? If so, go ahead!" Muria drew the Hell-Suppressing Halberd, surrounded by blazing dragon flames and golden lightning. A massive storm began to form around him.

These legends of ice and snow could alter the weather with their power, but so could Muria. Though his influence wasn't as noticeable, it was still significant.

"The power of fire? You are not a pureblood Titan! Titans command lightning and storms, not fire."

"Why overthink? Titans never commanded fire before, but now one does." Muria swung his halberd. "You have two choices: kneel and submit with utmost humility, or pick up your weapons and fight me until you kill me. Retreating out of fear is not an option. If I retreated because of you mongrels, I'd be a laughingstock among my kind."

"You're too arrogant, Titan."

"Stop looking down on us."

Several furious voices shouted. As legends, the frost giants felt an innate inferiority towards Titans, but their pride as legends made them defiant.

"I'm not arrogant; you simply don't deserve my respect," Muria said flatly.

"Then there's nothing more to say. Let's fight!" A frost giant legend with divine radiance in his eyes, a divine chosen one, spoke coldly. He was a backup vessel for his god's resurrection, a common practice among deities.

"It should have started long ago." Muria's golden dragon wings flapped, and he transformed into a golden streak, vanishing like a phantom. A thunderous sonic boom followed.

The storm stirred by Muria's power ascended to the sky, mixing with the falling snow to form a towering white column.
