When Words Are Used As Weapons (1)

The dinner in Milton's castle started with an extremely awkward atmosphere. Gant had no choice but to take the seat of the most important guest, while Vincent was positioned between the two precious daughters of the family.

Anna and Edith were still fairly young and spoiled and couldn't hide their annoyance at all. It was understandable to ignore Gant, as his rank wasn't high and already at the age of their father, but they couldn't care less about the ordinary-looking Vincent either, even though he was the vice-commander of the Silver Shadow.

Their main interests were seated opposite them, but the two prominent figures didn't spare them a single glance. Instead, they were immersed in serving the food to the unknown woman, who just rudely invited herself into the castle.
