Honestly, I'm confused by the plot as there's no smooth dialogue. It's like I'm reading someone's monologue. The synopsis could be improved because it says nothing about what's going to happen in the novel. The description in scenes is good, but again, it's like I'm reading a monologue.
To be honest, I feel like the story is like a diary rather than the novel. I'm quite confuse on what the story trying to tell aside from Arnie got bullied in all possible ways and her life being is so miserable. However, I should not judge to early since it is only the beginning. Since you are still new on writing novel I think you can improve the story telling and writing style that suit you in the future.
