It was currently the day for the finals and the arena was loaded with lots of people who wanted to watch the match.
as expected ticket sales and bet placement continued and the orphanage created money through them. The two groups were now on the court and the whistle sounded.
The game began with the ball possession stuck to the colne group. Rio and his group went with the choice that they would allow their rivals to attack first and then protect. However, the arrangement was not working because every time their opponent gets the ball, they deliberately lose it. This was because of the way they needed to play.
The game went on like that for the first quarter and in the second quarter and the third quarter, the Colne group began to play attack. This gave Rio and his group the open door they required and they began defending.
Before a player from the Colne group would toss the ball, Jack rushed him and claimed the ball. The Ross Hill team claimed the ball and continued to pass it around. Their primary motivation behind doing this was to weaken their opponent's defense. At the point when they saw that their plan had started to work they quickly turned defense to attack. The ball was passed to Mich, and he quickly dribbled past a player and passed the ball to Tony. With full strength and skill, Tony jumped and landed a heavy dunk, and one point was awarded to the Rose Hills team. They began celebrating because they utilized the strategy of their opponents on them.
The game was in its fourth and last quarter. The two groups were truly playing hard and the Rose Hills team battled intensely to defend their solitary point. The ball was currently with Oliver and he was making a beeline for the basket of his rival. A player from the other group quickly rushed him, and in a flash, he was confiscated of the ball. The player briskly passed it to another player and he took it from that point. Everybody from the Rose Hills team attempted to tackle him, however, he was incredibly capable with the ball and nobody could get him or the ball. He got to Rio's group basket and he scored a 2-pointer. The crowd went wild and Rio's group went sad. There was almost no time left for the match to be finished so everybody on Rio's had given up.
Rio took a look at their faces and there was a loss of the feeling of hope in them. He attempted to reestablish the expectation when he tackled the same player who scored the 2 pointers. At the point when the ball was presently in his control, he ran directly to the rival's basket. he jumped up and attempted to land a basket, out of nowhere a player from the rival group rushed him and pulled him down with his hands.
The whistle was blown and a foul was recorded. Rio was then given three free throws as compensation for the foul play and as a penalty to his opponent.
The ball was given to him and he stood by the three-pointers arc. Immediately his arm felt powerless, his body felt numb and the basket began seeming farther than expected. He throws the ball the first time and the ball didn't enter. Everybody was stunned and befuddled. His colleagues were additionally confounded and thought he was doing it intentionally. He throws the ball the second time and he missed again. Mich immediately saw that Rio's body was shaking and he then told the others, they then realized he was not doing it deliberately.
Mich looked up at the timer and say that the game was very close to finishing. He quickly gazed directly at Rio and yelled, "Remember your promise!". Quickly Rio felt a push on his back and his entire strength returned to him. He looked up to the timer and the game was five seconds from ending. With great speed and agility, Rio jumped and threw the ball and immediately a 3-pointer was awarded.
The whistle sounded and the game was officially over.
The Rose Hill team won the basketball competition and they were filled with much happiness.
Additionally, since there was no cost cash for second and third place the orphanage lost nothing. They won the competition but acquired wealth from ticket sales and betting.
