[You have slain Kobold Capitan – Level 53.]
[Kobold slain: 30/30]
[Kobold Capitans slain: 3/5]
"Huh, crossbows are way more useful than I thought, but I need to do something about the limbs and maybe I could add something like blade at the bottom that could help in close range."
I hunted kobold territory for some time already and tested few weapons that I made. It was good idea using different weapons in real combat to test them out, it's better than dummies when doing it with dummies.
Hunting kobolds was easy, kind of too easy to be honest.
Kobolds like said before uses classes like player and each one of them uses the different type of class, but by the look of things they can't use all the skills from their classes, I only saw them use over and over only same two or three skills but nothing else and on top of that I only saw kobolds that had base class and first advance class like [Warrior] and [Sword User], the other kobolds were the same with only having one base and one advance class.
Each kobold with the different class had their own attack pattern, but they were extremely easy ready, even for me. Even without my armor and stuff I would probably not have any problem with them. Honestly, they are quite easy to beat.
But it all kind of changes with the kobold capitan. The kobold capitan was obviously stronger and smarter than the regular kobold and on top of all that, he was giving orders to kobolds and also he gave them buffs, making the regular kobolds bit harder to deal with.
Well in some way that guy was useful to me, since thanks to him I was able to test few more weapons.
The kobold capitan were bit challenging, but after getting used to them, I found the way to deal with them easily.
"But of bloody course things can't be too easy."
I'm not only person hunting here. I was bloody wondering why there was still no players in the city, but by look of things all of the new and players that were already were already in city were hunting. Well, I guess that was quite obvious, the only people that are staying in the city for the long time is me who is production class user.
The other problem is with the kobold capitans doesn't spawn that fast and not in set location, so you have to look for it. It doesn't really sound that hard at first, but then there are other player doing the exactly same time! Literally people are hunting for the kobold capitan like crazy, I already bloody killed 100 and 3 capitans so god dammed far!
(An I wanted to enjoy hunting monsters, how naïve I was. This is a god dammed battle field between players. Maybe I should have expected that since the rewards from the quest seems pretty nice, maybe I should have went with something with something else like find the cat quest the old flower lady was offering.)
"I need to change to change the hunting ground again, there already some players here coming. Maybe if go deeper I won't encounter that many players."
As Forge said that he ended going into the deeper part of the territory, but there was a problem.
(FOR FUCK SAKE! THEY THOUGH OF THE SAME THING!) – though angry Forge while seeing players everywhere.
(Fuck me. Well maybe I should try hunting here first and see if it get better.)
Sometime later.
[Kobold Capitans slain: 4/5]
"I hate this. It got bloody worse than before."
(The day started so relaxing and all, but now I'm completely pissed off.)
"!" – While Forge was walking, he noticed a group of kobolds being led by kobold capitan.
Forge instantly rushed towards the kobold direction while taking out the crossbow from inventory, but before he could shot a single bolt, a group of players appeared out of nowhere and killed the kobolds.
"Finally, we got the third one. Finding them is way easier than I though." – said the blond guy that just stole Forge last pray before moments later walking away with his friends.
"…."
(Are you fucking kidding me right now?)
"LET ME END THIS GOD DAMED QUEST!"
15 minutes later.
[Kobold Capitans slain: 4/5]
(Whenever I found kobold capitan, somebody else instantly jumps on it and kills it. Some people completed the quest already, but then some random new ones would appear and then steal the kill.)
"I think I'm starting to hate this place."
15 more minutes later.
(Maybe I should just bloody give up. I was wondering in different places and whenever I found the spot without the player, they would somehow magickly appear out of thin air or something. Maybe I should have stayed in smith.)
"?" – while Forge was walking while fully exhausted, he noticed something in corner of his eye.
(Cave? I only saw trees and boulders in this place, but I don't think I saw any caves before.)
(Wait, a second.)
Forge recalled something.
"Hidden quest huh? Do you two know any? You were beta testers if my memory serves me correct."
"Unfortunately, no. The developers changed the hidden quests, they didn't explained what they changed, but by the look of things they changed their location for example. We once went where the CAVE with hidden quest was located, but the cave itself was gone. Some other beta testers said the similar things online about not being able to find the hidden quests location and stuff." – said Try.
(She said something about hidden quest being inside of the cave, but the place where cave was originally supposed to be was gone. By any chance this could be one of the hidden quest location?)
"Ah screw this. I'm already pissed because I still couldn't finish this god forsaken quest. I may as well try doing something else."
Forge went inside of the cave and begin traversing it, while encountering and slaying an kobolds inside of it, until he arrived at the end of the cave where he found a dead end.
"A dead end? Really? Was this place just a normal random cave? For fuck sake. Why my luck today is shitty like hell."
(So, it was waste of even more time. Why I even had hopes in the first place?)
(Let's quickly get…out…Wait a second.) – while Forge was trying to walk toward the exist, he noticed something off about the wall next to him.
(Isn't this wall smooth, I mean too smooth? There is nothing sticking out or there is no bend spots or anything, unlike the other walls in this bloody cave. This bloody look like manmade wall of a building in some way?)
Forge approached the suspicions wall and begin inspecting it. He tried many different things and after few different tries, he then tried knocking onto the wall to heard something interesting, moments later he tried knocking onto a different walls in the cave, only to hear a completely different sound.
After that he took out his main weapon, the great hammer and hit the suspicions wall with it, destroying the wall with easy and revealing the hidden path.
"A fake wall huh? So, there was something here."
Forge walked though the hole and as soon as he put his foot into the room, the system widows appeared.
