Arthur was busy in his phone, replying the emails he received yesterday. It's his routine to reply the email on his way. He was on his way to office when suddenly car make a sound and stop. The driver step out and looked at the back tyres which was now flat. Arthur asked him and he told him about the tyre. At the moment they were crossing from a quiet empty road, it was empty today because of specific announcements by the government so no cab or taxi could be found there and there seems to be no one who they could possibly ask for help. 


The main reason for thinking these possibilities was because Arthur had an important meeting to attend soon and if the tyre was changed it would take long and they couldn't reached their before time.
