Chapter 24 Remembrance

I was floating through the darkness my body feeling heavy as if I was covered in metal. Every part of my body hurt. There was a faint whisper that suddenly got louder as time went on. Before I knew it the voice was booming in my ears.

"Ah, little Tu Tu look how hurt you are… You let that little one manipulate you for so long. Remember who you are… You have humored him with being good for too long.."

The voice was confusing me who was Tu Tu? Why was the system starting to leave me and let my strength stagnate? As the questions kept coming to my head the voice would answer without a word coming to my mouth.

"You sealed your memories it seems. Tu Tu are you going to let your daughter be lonely forever? I will unseal one of your memories but the rest will be left to you and your daughter…" A giant hand reached into the void that was bigger than any mountain I had ever seen. But I did not feel any fear toward the finger. I felt like a little girl being scolded for a wrong. With a gentle flick my world changed.

I was laying in a girl's arms smiling brightly. My stomach was bulging. Her hands gently caress my stomach. "We are going to be parents Tu Tu. Are you going to make up with your dad and let him see our baby?"

I shook my head softly. "He sealed my powers since I went against him. He was always about strength and since I wanted to settle down with a mortal, he said I need to be mortal until I decide to grow up." My eyes were watering since I missed my father but sometimes we did not get along at all.

Her hands gently brushed away my tears and a kiss landed on my lips. As her sweetness invaded my heart and made me feel warm my vision darkened changing again.

Feeling a tearing pain below I let out a loud scream clutching the bed beneath me. What felt like days passed and finally there was release. As I finished giving birth I heard a gentle cry. "Tu tu we have a baby girl! She has your eyes. Let's name her &$^#."

"My little baby $^#&*. The name is beautiful just like you." I grabbed our daughter from her arms and started to breastfeed her enjoying the warmth of my little family.

More scenes kept flashing before my eyes watching the little girl grow up day by day. Our life was bliss. My wife would hunt food for us while I spent my time in peace. It was amazing no blood or causing fear.

Finally the scene changed for the last time. I was in the river taking a bath. My little girl was going to turn 8 today. We were going to celebrate and I was going to announce to my wife and daughter that I had been blessed with 5 more children inside of me. I really regret taking that fertility potion. This was going to be the worse pregnancy in the world.

Slowly I got out of the river and that is when my world started to crash down upon me. I heard my wife and baby girl screaming and running towards me. They were being chased by a group of human knights. "Kill the demon lover and their spawn!" The leader shouted and kept shooting arrows at them.

They made it close to the river before falling before my eyes. Rage started to flow through me as the seals released. I let out a roar. The raw power of my divinity and rage started to cause cracks and a blast to go through the world. Lava started to flow through the cracks every body of water turning mostly into magma.

Having no weapons I reached into my body snapping out my two lower ribs wielding them as daggers. There were 7 humans that saw us as monsters so I will make them the monster they hate. Each human I stabbed would turn into demon puppets lost to worldly desires bound by me as their demon lord.

I infused each one with a vile act that would be the basis of their power. I chose Lust, Wrath, Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Greed, and Sloth. Choosing the power that would most torment the individual. As I cursed their appearance and bloodline their skin started to crack and become what would later be known as demons.

There was never a race like this before. What they considered demons were those who just committed evil acts. So I decided to make a race to give them what they wanted, demons.

Changing a world even a lower world like this cost me a lot of my divinity. As I calmed down I grabbed my daughter's soul bringing it inside of me to help me gain strength so I would not be so alone. My bodies rapid change was too much for the children inside of me. I was only able to protect 2 of them with what little power I had left.

Looking towards the river I grabbed my wife's soul and my other 3 children I could not save and bound them to the river. "My love and children. Guard this river and feast on the souls I send you. I will be back but I will take #$%# with me. I need a reason to go on… If you find good souls you can send them to live a better life."

As the tears left my eyes I was back in the void. A sweet little voice sounded in my head.

[ Mommy what is my name?]

As tears fell down I spoke softly. "Elaxi. I am sorry I made an inferior system and took that wretched voice for it. Are you willing to help me again to gain back my power so we can get back our family?"

With that a nostalgic feeling overwhelmed me seeing the familiar cheeky response and flowery screen.

sinergy:2000/200 Got rid of ugly mana name and used your true energy. I got rid of intelligence since it does not affect your actual intelligence and was more of energy. It's foolish to have that shown.

Natural armor: 250 I added a natural armor to make up for the constitution so you can see how durable you are from attacks.

Strength:38 I restored some of your strength but you will need to do more to grow.

Dexterity:40 Wow, mommy got slow since Lexi went away.

Charm: Mommy does not need this stat. Mom knows how good you are that's all that matters.

This system feels right like the part of me I neglected was returning. Slowly my body stopped floating and I opened my eyes. The first thing that came into my sight was Apael her face slowly overlapping with the woman from my memory. That is when I remembered when I was training and lost control. She told me now and forever. Does she remember me? Did she reincarnate or is something else at work?
