"Why did you provoke them, my lord?" Xanathar inquired as the First Gaea Council concluded and the kings and ministers departed.

It was decided that every 10 years a Gaea Council would take place. As for the academy, the kingdoms would send an answer after careful deliberation.

"We couldn't allow them to look down on us." Noah replied.

Knowledge was power and the ones with power ruled.
