The cold night wind hit the curtains in each room. Accompanied by the moonlight that is so beautiful at night, and also the activities in the garden down there invite curiosity. Feeling the cold air brush against her skin, the gray haired girl put back on the thick cloth that was stuck on her shoulders.
"It's cold." The girl's lips trembled as she spoke.
Just as she was embracing herself, there was a knock on the balcony glass behind her.
"Don't stay outside too long, you might catch a cold."
The girl's face turned upon hearing a voice coming to meet her.
Her lips formed a smile. "It's odd that you came to me first, Zavei."
A boy with blue eyes stared at the face of the girl he called elder sister.
"I'm here to deliver your medicine."
His feet stepped closer to the girl who only watching him with a sad look.
"If you go on like this, you will be worrying Father, Princess Elie."
Zavei gently gripped his sister's arm, and carried his sister's body into the room. Not forgetting the balcony door, Zavei closed it before the night wind came in and made Elie's body weak.
"Sit here, I will bring you some water."
Seeing how his little brother treated her moved Elie to tears. When she remembers someone who is very similar to Zavei in her life, Elie makes a sad expression.
"I'm sorry to have troubled you, Zavei."
When he was pouring water into a glass, Zavei gasped when he heard the hoarse voice of his sister who sounded sad. His body turned around with a glass of water in his right hand and Elie's medicine in his left hand.
"Don't talk nonsense."
Gently, Zavei held out his hands with the medicine and drink he had prepared for Elie.
"Drink your medicine, Sister Kae is on her way here."
Elie nodded as she reached for the drink and medicine that Zavei had brought for her.
"Thank you Zavei."
Zavei replied with a nod, then the boy turned towards an empty chair near the dressing table.
"I heard the Emperor is hosting a banquet tonight."
After taking the last sip of the medicine, Elie carefully listened to what Zavei was saying. Elie's hand placed her glass on a nearby small table.
"How did you know that?"
Zavei glances at the door, "I heard it from the maids on the way here."
Elie parroted after hearing Zavei's reply.
"Then you heard what to wear later?"
Zavei shook his head slowly. "I haven't heard of it, it is likely that it will be announced an hour before the banquet?"
"I guess so."
Her amber eyes glanced at her little brother's face, who only played with his fingers.
"Zavei," Elie called out in a wistful tone.
Zavei raised his gaze to Elie's face. Clearing his throat, Zavei raised an eyebrow. Elie smiled at Zavei's face, before she finally spoke.
"I apologize to you and the other siblings for how I treated when I was with you all,"
"I can't remember clearly what happened before the accident at the lake that time." Elie paused in her words.
After taking a deep breath in and letting it out, Elie bravely stared deep into her little brother's blue bead.
"As an older sister, I was wrong in treating you, my actions were a sin."
"But believe me, I have never hated you as much as you think. I really love you as my little brother, but I was too selfish of myself, and my way of expressing my affection was wrong."
Elie lowered her head, "I'm really sorry I couldn't treat you the way you want, I wasn't lying when I said I loved you."
After speaking her heart out, silence swept over the atmosphere in the room. Along with her embarrassment, Elie heard muffled sobs. Slowly, Elie raised her head, seeing where the sobs were coming from. Contrary to her thoughts, Elie was completely shocked by what she saw now. The sound of sobbing came from her little brother who was curled up between his thighs.
Nervously, Elie approached Zavei's body, which did not reveal his face.
"Are you okay, Zavei?" Elie called out her brother's name nervously.
Elie's fingers reached near Zavei's shoulder, but at the same time a hug grabbed her body from where Zavei was.
"Elie.."
Now Elie's face was completely shocked by the sudden movement from her little brother. Slowly, Elie's fingers stroked Zavei's back who hid his face in Elie's stomach.
"You've been holding it in all this time, Zavei." Elie said while patting her Brother's back gently.
Feeling a nod to her stomach, Elie formed a smile on her lips.
"At this rate, we might be late for the Emperor's banquet." Elie's tone sounded mocking.
After hearing his older sister's words, Zavei's face peeked out from his arms.
"Then we must get ready," he said in a voice hoarse from crying.

Right on this evening, the atmosphere in the Imperial hall started to get lively with the arrivals of the Princesses and Prince of each of the Kingdom's representatives. Some of them greeted each other to familiarize themselves, and others of them just showed their friendly faces.
The night breeze is so cold and makes anyone shiver while enjoying it. Thus, the Emperor held a banquet within the Imperial hall so that the Princess and Prince would not get sick while attending the archery competition the next day.
And the Emperor determines the theme of the costume that fits the air tonight, namely The Moon Meets Nature. With the meaning that Royal Princesses must wear black dresses and accessories combined with white, they may also use symbols as representatives of the Kingdom. Meanwhile, the Princes wear black suits and white ties, and they can use combinations with their respective Royal styles.
"Isn't seeing the same complexion as another Kingdom a beauty?"
One Royal Princess named Anette Clerine with the surname Noriatte made the center of attention towards her, because the girl said about the theme of the clothes that had been determined.
The two girls who were walking with her chuckled, then one of them said.
"You will be the center of attention tonight, Princess Anette."
The two princesses in question are Eletha Lemorta and Ericilia Lemorya with the surname Ocgar, they are two twins from a Kingdom that was almost collapsing. Even so, the Empire invited the two of them on the grounds that the two Princesses had excellent talent in equestrian.
While the invited guests were walking towards the hall, they felt a cold aura coming from the junction hall, the cold colliding with the night wind.
A Prince named Casildo Ariver with the surname Parvoa realized where the chill that was in the passage leading to the hall was coming from. The boy's face turned towards the two people who were walking side by side with the masks on their eye area.
"Aren't they?"
Prince Casildo's three friends turned their heads simultaneously in the direction from which the two people were spreading a chill around the passageway.
"Did I see right? Wasn't she the Crown Princess of the Qavec Kingdom who had trouble in academy?"
"And next to her, isn't he Vallio who got the highest ranking in academy?"
Prince Casildo nodded, confirming what his two friends had said. "You're right, the two of them are two siblings from the Qavec Kingdom."
After saying that, a chuckle could be heard from the boy standing at the far end of the three.
"What's so great about them if in the end they only caused trouble for the Kingdom?"
The three Princes turned to each other. "Didn't you also cause trouble recently by pushing the Crown Princess of the Qavec Kingdom in the academy?"
The Prince named Tavlarik Ezaz and surnamed Ghyare, put on his innocent face after Prince Casildo pointed out his mistakes at the academy.
"What's wrong with that? Isn't that girl crazy and causing a lot of trouble?" He replied without feeling guilty.
Casildo held back his annoyance. "If only Vallio hadn't restrained himself at that time, you could have died right then and there, Prince Tavlarik."
Hearing what his friend said, Tavlarik felt annoyed. His glance aimed at the shoulder of Vallio who was walking not far in front of them, a look that looked like he wanted to knock his opponent down. Seeing how the look in Tavlarik's eyes was quite disturbing to them.
One of the Princes from the Kingdom of Vahuya, Prince Qavye Kamovle glanced sharply at Tavlarik.
"Don't be so stubborn." He said remembering.
Hearing a warning to him, Prince Tavlarik chuckled mockingly at Qavye's words.
"Just watch."
After hearing Tavlarik's defiant tone, the three Princes just stared at each other, then pretended not to interfere.
Looking at his two friends who were already annoyed with Tavlarik. The Prince of the Baqwer Kingdom, Prince Rydert Lamonvi spread his hands and patted his two friends on the shoulder.
"Never mind, you guys will know who the winner is at the end." Said Prince Rydert in a whisper.
Then they continued their footsteps towards the Hall along with the other Royal Princes and Princesses. Stepping into the hall, one can feel the difference that is quite attached, the decoration which is very striking and quite pleasing to the eye.
Where on every wall display there are paintings from famous painters, and are known as antiques. It didn't end there, the attention of the Princes and Princesses did not escape from the glass above the hall which carved an art in the form of a dragon's struggle with its knights.
"Truly a beauty to behold." Said one of the Princesses of the Uvceh Kingdom, the Second Princess Navla Kagha.
A Prince agreed to Princess Navla's words, "You are right, the carvings on the windows are very beautiful."
Realizing that someone was responding to her words, Princess Navla turned her body and faced the Prince who she believed came from the Zeecda Kingdom, because the carving of his face is very distinctive and very charming like the Kingdom of Zeecda.
"Warmest regards to Crown Prince Zeecda."
Prince Zeecda, named Saveri Lattero, answered Princess Navla's greeting by bowing his body and crossing his legs, with his right hand in front of his left chest.
"Warmest regards to you too, Second Princess of Uvceh Kingdom."
Navla smiled after she finished giving her greetings to Prince Saveri. But while they were talking about the carvings on the glass of the hall, there were whispers after the two people who were the topic entered the hall.
Princess Navla saw who had entered the hall, and she gasped in surprise after knowing who the nobles were talking about. Seeing the stature of the two people who entered the hall, some people openly started to tease them and even satirized the two siblings.
"Oh no, who is this? Isn't it the troublemaker?" There was laughter afterwards.
The other Princesses who heard it laughed too. "Not just a troublemaker, but an attention seeker."
Knowing that they were talking about her, the Princess of the Kingdom let out a rough breath.
"I knew that this was going to happen."
But at the same time someone suddenly ran towards her and hugged her body so that her feet didn't show on the floor.
"Crown Princess Qavec, you have finally come."
Seeing who was the boy carrying her now, her gaze drifted to the boy who was with her earlier. Elie's eyes glanced at the boy who was holding her now, then she turned to her younger brother who was none other than Zavei.
"Who's this guy?" She asked whispering.
While Zavei pressed his lips together, a sign he didn't want to tell.
Elie scratched the back of her neck, then she said. "Excuse me before, but do we know each other?" She asked nervously.
Hearing Elie's reply, the Prince looked down lethargic.
"It seems your memory hasn't recovered yet?" He asked to be sure.
Elie nodded, correcting the boy's words. "You're right."
Then Elie's body was slowly lowered down without hurting her. Now Elie was face to face with the boy who carried her earlier. Not forgetting the manners she had been taught, Elie bent her body and crossed her legs.
"Warm regards, I am Crown Princess Qavec."
The boy smiled and returned Elie's greeting with the manners he had.
"Warmest greetings to you, I'm Crown Prince Zeecda." He said with a slight smile.
The two of them straightened up and faced each other with a smile on their face.
"Thank you for seeing me, Crown Prince of Zeecda. I'm sorry I can't remember you yet." She said while lowering her face.
The boy smiled and shook his head slightly. "That's fine, and you better call me Saveri, Princess."
Elie smiled a little. "All right, Prince Saveri."
At the same time, a loud gong was heard, and this was known as the signal for the banquet to begin. There was a sound of footsteps opposite each other, and they also forgot about the previous matter to enjoy tonight's banquet.
