Mae's Pov

"Welcome to Palma resort" Kyle said while staring at me and he held my hand "Let's go" he said and walked into the resort and I followed

The resort is beautiful with white sand like Austen's Resort and there are many tourists who are here today because it is vacation

We entered the lobby, fresh inside we were greeted by a middle-aged woman wearing a floral blue dress, shades, a colorful beach hat, and white flat shoes.

She removed her shades so I could see her face

Her face is gentle, she has a white skin, shoulder-length black hair, pointed noise, and kissable lips.

" Kyle " she hugged Kyle and Kyle hugged her back too

She loosened from the hug

"Finally, it's been a long time since you've been able to visit here with your family " she said

"I'm sorry auntie, we're busy because you know I'm studying and Gwen is busy, mommy is busy at work," replied Kyle.

"Yes by the way, I heard about your dad. Also, I'm sorry if I wasn't there because I'm being taken care of a lot here at the resort."

" Its ok aunty and thank you" replied Kyle with a smile

The person he was talking to stared at me

"Who is this beautiful girl with you?? Your girlfriend?? "

"Mae Salvartes" I said as I shook her hand

" Salvartes?? Your last name is so familiar to me oh by the way I'm Palma Buenavesta aunt of Ethan Luis Leeuwenhoek and owner of this resort .. You can call also call me auntie "

She is Ethan's auntie

"Is this Kyle your boyfriend??" She asked me

" Aunt " said kyle

"Why?? I'm just asking?" she said

"Not yet" I answered

" So there's a chance " Aunt palma said while looking at kyle

"It's really auntie"

Aunt palma laughed

"I will take you to your room"

She walked and we followed her

She stopped in front of a door

"This will be your bedroom" she said as she opened the bedroom door

We entered

We were exposed to the pure wood room used here, there is also a veranda facing the sea

And one big bed

Wait only one??

Where will I sleep??

"Um aunty??"

"What is it Mae??" She asked me

"Umm, isn't there another room??"

" Why?? Don't you like this room?? "

"It's not just a case," I said while facing the bed

She also turned on the bed and look at me

"I'm sorry, there are no more vacant rooms, they're already occupied by guests as many have booked now you know it's vacation," she answered.

"Is that so? It's okay thank you," I said with a smile

"Oh can I leave you here hah by the way Kyle" Kyle came to her "this is the key to the room enjoy your stay"

Kyle immediately took the key from aunt palma

"Thanks aunty"

Aunt immediately left the room and closed the door of the room

I walked to the bed and sat down

Kyle turned to me

"Oh why do you look like that??" he asked me

" Well you see there only one bed. Where I can be sleep? "

" On the bed "

"Eh, how about you?? On the sofa??" I said while looking at the sofa

"No"

" What do you mean no?? "

"I will also sleep on the bed" he answered

I immediately threw a pillow at him

He caught it and laughed

He walked to my direction and sat on the bed next to me

"Don't worry I have respect for you and if we do that I will make sure we get married first " he said with a smile.

After a few weeks

I decided to take a walk on the beach first

While I was walking I saw a woman approaching me

And when she got close to me

I can finally recognize her

She was the girl who hugged Kyle

She smiled at me

"Are you done trying to steal my boyfriend??"

Steal??

Her boyfriend??

I saw a man walking towards my direction

And when he got close, I recognized him

Kyle?

The woman hugged him

Wait?? Why does he let her hug him?

"Kyle??" I said

"I'm sorry Mae.. But I still love her " he said while looking at the woman

What??

"I can't allow you to take my boyfriend away," She said while hugging Kyle and kiss him.

The wagon overturned me

And I grabbed my chest

It's just a dream

I changed my look

Wait where's kyle??

I immediately got up from the bed and walked out of the room

"Kyle?? ..Kyle??"

I'm here right now outside the resort looking for Kyle

Where are you kyle??

"Kyle??"

I don't want my dream to come true

"Hey"

The person who called me was relieved

A middle-aged woman wearing brown shorts and a blue shirt with a collar has black hair and medium complexion

She came to me

"Are you okay? You look pale?" she asked me worriedly

"I-I'm fine"

"Let's go to the cottage, I'll give you some water "

I nodded and followed her

We are now at the cottage near the sea, the cottage is made of bamboo and in the middle there is a table also made of bamboo with prepared foods

"Oh, drink this," she said while handing me a glass of water

I immediately took it and drank it

" Thank you "

"By the way, I'm Marisa one of the stuff here at the resort. I also live here with my husband.. You can call me.. Marisa"

"My name is Mae"

"Ahh you are the ones that Ms. Palma talks about"

" About what??" I asked

" Ms. Palma said she was going to Manila to meet the investors here at the resort"

" Is that so? "

"Ms. Palma prepared this before she left," she said while pointing to the food on the table

"I'll just wait for my partner"

"Is it Kyle??"

"Do you know Kyle??"

"Well yes, their family was here often when Kyle, Charles and Gwen were children"

"But Charles is gone"

"That's how sad my husband and I were when we heard that Kyle's twin brother was gone, we couldn't even go to Charles' funeral because we didn't have any money back then"

"Maybe you and Kyle's brother will understand why you didn't go to his funeral"

"Are you Kyle's girlfriend?"

"-No"

"I thought you were Kyle's girlfriend because I saw earlier how you were looking for him as if you were afraid of losing him"

I just smile

"Kyle left early in the morning with my husband, they went to sea"

"What are they going to do there??"

"I don't know what that boy was thinking and he made my husband go fishing in the sea.. Oh, they are here," she said while bathing in the sea

Marisa stood up and left the cottage and I followed her

I turned around too

I saw a middle-aged man wearing a green T-shirt and shorts with a medium complexion

And Kyle

He's wearing shorts, he's not wearing a top and he's carrying two buckets as he approaches us

I swallowed

I just saw her topless body today

" Kyle might melt when you stare "

Kyle put down the two buckets with fish inside of it

Marisa approached the man with Kyle

"This is my husband, Nilo"

" Good morning "

"Good morning too" he said with a smile and he turned to his wife "I was really lucky when I was fishing with Kyle" he said with a smile and he turned to me "And he told a lot about you"

I turned to Kyle

He just smiled

"Come on, breakfast will be cold," said Marisa

Marisa walked to the cottage

"You miss me??"

"I don't know if you should get dressed first" I said and followed Marisa to the cottage

We are here again at the cottage but we have Kyle and Nilo with us

" Marisa already knows you "

"Yes, I saw that she was anxious and looking for you"

He was surprised to come to me

" Is there a problem?? "

"Because I had a nightmare "

"What kind of nightmare is this??"

"They say you don't love me, you love the girl who hugged you then and you left me"

He held my hand

"That won't happen, I love you so much and I will never leave you, remember that" he said while hugging me
