Daisy and Marco left the handsome man’s room and Marco guided Daisy through the hallway to a hidden spot: a corner that went nowhere. Daisy was confused. But she stopped to analyze it better because, speaking about a rich old family, their house has got to have its secrets. Marco proved this theory to be right when he jumped to the roof and grabbed a little rope. 


Marco pulled it down to reveal a ladder to the attic. Daisy looked at it with awe. Since childhood, she heard stories featuring secret doors and new spots in places people always thought they knew, like their own house. She was so excited to go, she started trembling like a little girl seeing her favorite singer.
