"Carlisle." Hamed called Carlisle, who was in deep thought.
Carlisle's mind was still occupied with Dimitri's earlier behavior, specifically the familiar look on his elder brother's face. The one Dimitri would have whenever he found something interesting. He could count the instances Dimitri would have this look with his one hand, and every time Dimitri would disappear for a few days and come back with a small black mahogany chest, which he would store in his personal room. His parents were so busy that they didn't have time to check on his unusual behavior.
Due to his brother's obsessive-compulsive behavior, Dimitri never allowed anyone, including his family or the servants, to enter his own room. Dimitri would be the one cleaning his own room and holed in it all day, guarding his room like a doorman. Up until now, Carlisle never got to see what those small black mahogany boxes were hiding.
