CHAPTER 3

FIRST IMPRESSION

"RYAN'S POV"

 We've been walking for almost 30min but seems like I was the only one talking, it's almost getting awkward by the minute, I swear i only want her to talk now but she isn't saying anything 😓😓

 When we were finally getting to the end she spoke 

 "His he always that cold 😶😶" she asked

Like I don't even understand why she's this drawn to him. 

 "Well yeah" I replied

 "I think he has a kind heart but he doesn't really know how well to relate to people" she said

Seriously what does she even know🤔🤔 she's new here and she's already getting suspicious 😐❓

 "I was once like that but I cracked out of my shell" she added making me more interested

 Yeah I said it she's gonna be interesting. 

 "So why did you get transferred here" I asked wanting to keep the conversation ongoing

 "Well it's a long story but since you're interested I'll tell you"

 "FLASHBACK"

 I walked into my class got the first time, at that time I had to hid my identity got some weird reasons but my sister didn't have to well because she's the popular one while am the Prodigal, I am almost like the very left out one in the house, but still I was okay with it even when it sucks the most. 

 Then almost like when I entered all the guys were drawn to me making the other girls jealous even my sister but she didn't even show any concern 🙄🙄 maybe because she hates me🙄🙄. 

 I was bullied alot of time because of the guys but nobody stood up for me but trust me I never back down. 

 I didn't let any of that stop me instead it made me stronger and it made them hate me the more💪😏. 

 One time my table was put in the hallway, when I went there to look for it I was covered in paint, I was totally socked . Once again it attracted more guys to me. 

 It went on and on for a while until i got Sick of it, I retaliated. 

 One day I opened my locker and the smell of a dead rat welcomed me. I was really angry now I couldn't take it anymore. 

 The whole place became crowded lots of people pointing there fingers and laughing at me, I stomed through the class straight to my class, I met the group of girls sitting as they kept laughing non stop. 

 "Who did it" I asked no one in particular but nobody answered

 "I said who did it" I shouted this time around as the class gasped

 The girls looked at me as a particular one stood up I guess she's the leader. 

 "I did and what you gonna do about it you poor little bitch" she's cursed. 

 My sister ran into the class because she knew I can't be controlled when am angry but she didn't come to me she just stood there watching

 "Have told you, you don't have the right to talk to me, you don't belong here, you're just as poor as your wretched life" Mia said as she pushed me

 "Am just gonna give you this last warning, stay away from me" I said pointing at her. A gasp followed immediately

"How dare you threaten me" Mia said she she slapped me hard across the face. 

 I didn't allow her to finish when I slapped back twice, the other girls tried to attack me but I was quick to pin them she to the fact I learnt Taekwondo. 

 My sister rushed to me in a hurry as she tries to stop me but instead I tried attacking them again. 

 "Kirsten I said you should stop" she shouted and there everybody found out my identity. 

 I was later sent to the head office which involved my parents the girls got addmited because they broke one thing or the other and that's how I got here"I explained

 "END OF FLASH BACK"

 "RYAN'S POV"

 Wooh that's big 😦, I mean she survived all this and I have a friend who wasn't even bullied but he's be having like one. 

 "Umm Kirsten we should go back now it's almost time" I said looking at my wristbands

 "Yeah am getting tired already" she replied

 We walked back towards the class but ran into Tristan who was coming out of the class, I guess he's going to the administration office, he didn't even spare us a glance how rude. 

 "Hey can I come with you" Kirsten asked unexpectedly

 I was shocked to my bones.😲😲 

 "Hey come on let's go" u said dragging her inside the class. 

 The stares alone was already unbearable for Kirsten as she walks into the class. 

 "I fucking hate this class, I mean why is everyone staring at me like this" she says as she arranges her things on the table. She didn't even notice two girls walked towards her as she was too engrossed in what she was doing. 

 "Hi, am Dylan, am the class rep" she says extending her hands towards Kirsten

 Kristan looked at her for a while before she finally shook her hands

 "Am Kirsten" she replied as she removes her hand from Dylan

 "Uhm this my assistance Jamie" she says pointing to the girl opposite her

 "Hmm" Kirsten mumbles as she looks at them well, she could tell they are here for something else. 

 "You're new here and I saw ryan already show you around,and maybe he's even told you the rules" she says but Kirsten on the other hand was already getting board by them. 

 "Yeah thanks" she replied wanting to end the conversation there but they weren't done yet. 

 "Is there anything you still want to talk about" she asks like she knows they had something to say. 

 Dylan was quite surprised she could read there mind, and she didn't expect her to be this bold on her first day. 

 "Umm we just want to let you know Tristan isn't the kind of person you should be socializing with, he has issues" she said

 Dylan was expecting her to ask for more details but she was shocked by her response she looked to her this time more consistent then ever

 "Well I guess that would make him more fun" she could remember her saying before she left the class

 This new girl really has lots of nerves but it will catch up with her some how! Dylan said as she went back to her seat. 

 Kirsten walked back to the admin office, it wasn't that hard to locate she taught as she was about opening the door but stops when she heard voices from the inside. 

"You can't let this happen, I don't want to seat next to a girl and if I am going to seat next to anybody it has to be ryan" she hears from the inside

 "Tristan, miss Kirsten isn't like any other girl, she's a new student what do you want us to do" a more manly voice says

 "I don't care you just have to do something" Tristan voice came up again. 

 Without hesitation Kirsten knocked and entered. 

 "Good day sir" she greets as she put down the slip which he gave her earlier. 

 She turns to Tristan who wasn't even looking at her for a bit as she looks at him really disgusted

 "If you really do hate me that much,you didn't have to go all the way here you tell me to leave, I promise I'll stay far away from you and I'll move, I just wanted to be friends but I guess your heart is too dark for you to see" she says you the surprise of them then she walks out. 

 The two men couldn't even alter a single word they looked at their selves in disbelief. 

 "Well it's settled then" Tristan says as he walks out too. 

 The admin officer was shocked by both their characters, "fire and ice" he says as he smile. 

 Kristen who was visibly angry stoms her way towards the class as every body gave way for her because she looks like she could swallow ten mountains. 

 She walked towards the chairs as she tries moving the chair to the opposite direction. She could hear side whispers but that didn't mean anything to her, ryan who was still looking shocked like he saw a ghost. 

 He looks at her for a while before finally going to her. 

 "Hey, " he calls as he touches her shoulder hoping she wouldn't get angry

 She turns she she looks at him without saying anything, she is still visibly angry but she tries remaining calm as she smiles. 

 "Why did you move" he ask pointing at the chairs

 "Oh, nothing I like it better here" she replies

 Yeah he was definitely right it had something to do with Tristan but its all for the best

"When's the next teacher coming" he asks jotting him out of his taughts

 "Umm I think in the next five minutes" he says as he checkes his wristwatch

 "Oh okay, wanna grab lunch together" she asks as he smiles a little "yeah" he says as he walks away. 

 Kristan picks her phone as she scrolls through some pages trying to clear her mind when the class suddenly became quite thinking it was the teacher she drops her phone as she looks up. 

 The silence was really overwhelming, they locked gaze as he stares at her wondering what could be going on in her head that's when it drawn on him their chairs were already separated, he was quite surprised but yeah she should know her boundaries. 

 He looks at her again but sadly she already looked away, he quietly took his seat as the class became dead silent until the teacher came in. 

 Soon enough the bell rang, Kirsten hurriedly picks her bag as she moves out of the class, it was even hard trying to locate the cafeteria she finally settled as she dish for herself. She tried eating but there was no apatite as she circled the plate with her spoon. 

 "Hey" someone called standing in front of her

"You said we'll go together" he says taking a seat next to her but she only smiles. 

 "So now will you tell me what really happened" he ask not looking at her

"What truth" she answered staring at his face. 

 "Why did you come back suddenly angry and moved your table" he replied

 She smiles as she looks at the food in front of her

"He doesn't like me" she replies

 "Oh I see" he says almost immediately

 "An tired and I think I wanna go home today is really exhausting, do you think we have anymore classes" she says

 "Well am really not the best person you'll ask that but I guess no" he replies

 "You're really not a student" she replies in a smile

"Well miss am trying" he said as they both laughed. 

They talked a little before finally walking back to class. She walks past Tristain but his eyes were closed, she thinks he's napping as she sits down too waiting for the next lecture. i taught I would make a new friend but it turns our bad sometimes you really don't need to force anything to avoid getting hurt in the process. 

 I entered into the car the last place on my mind right now is my room. 

 "Ma'am your dad said you should meet him at his office

 Well great my day is officially ruined

 " ma'am "he calls again looking through the mirror. 

 " let's go not like I had a choice " she replies
