"Oh boy." Asher prepared himself for the worst.

Although Lilith's Transfiguration was a form of soul damage, it wasn't in its entirety. When a victim is affected, their bodies would morph into beasts, before their souls will enter a state of dissaray, turning them into a true beast themself.

This meant that, even if Asher could stop his soul from going berserk under the effects of Transfiguration, Lilith would still be able to turn him into anything she wished.

He was practically sitting ducks... granted, she could turn him into one.

"How?... Why did he just waltz in there?! We were aiming for just the gate, right?" Regina grabbed her head with frustration. "After all that talk here, he's— he's opting for suicide?!"
